Dr. Racheal Kabuye Nansereko

Dr. Nansereko Racheal Kabuye is an accomplished academic and researcher with over 11 years of teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in accredited universities in Uganda. She holds a PhD in Business Administration (Procurement & Logistics Management), alongside a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in the same discipline, all from Nkumba University- Entebbe.
Racheal’s previous roles relate to facilitating lecturing with blended approaches physical and online for diverse student cohorts, conducted interactive live sessions, and provided timely, constructive feedback on both formative and summative assessments. Racheal has supervised more than 50 Master’s dissertations and over100 undergraduate research projects ensuring academic rigor and practical relevance. She is a published scholar in international journals, a Reviewer and a grant writer where she has acted as a principal Investigator.
