Despite the clinical diagnosis requiring computed tomography (CT) imaging, the ionizing radiations present in it are a severe threat to human well-being, particularly in repeated imaging tests and pediatrics. Low dose CT (LDCT) techniques are employed to mitigate these risks, but due to the amplified noise and artifacts, they often lead to a decrease in quality of images. The reconstruction of high-quality images using lowdose scans has been promising as a recent development in artificial intelligence (AI), particularly the autoencoders type of deep learning systems. This would lower the radiation dose without affecting the diagnostic quality. This paper describes an AI-based autoencoder LDCT reconstruction platform that aims to enhance the quality of the images and minimize radiation exposure. The model is an efficient system that utilizes the convolutional autoencoder architecture to generate residual learning and remove noise while preserving the structural features. The training dataset consisted of $\mathbf{1, 0 0 0}$ clinical CT scans $(70-30 \%$ split between training and validation). Performance measures being used were Mean Squared Error (MSE), Structural Similarity Index (SSIM), and Peak Signal-toNoise Ratio (PSNR). The proposed model has been demonstrated to be superior to conventional iterative reconstruction methods as indicated by quantitative results which yielded a PSNR of 35.2 dB, an SSIM of 0.92, and an MSE of 0.015 whereas the later gave a PSNR of 30.8 dB, an SSIM of 0.85, and an MSE of 0.025. Also, as indicated by a reduction in the CT Dose Index (CTDIvol) of 1.2 mGy to 0.3 mGy, the model was capable of reducing a radiation dose by a maximum of 75 percent. The findings indicate that autoencoder network models with artificial intelligence can enhance the quality of images and significantly reduce radiation exposure, which will further develop the LDCT technology. Such models may lead to the development of safer imaging processes and patient outcomes.

The term "decision" has been derived from the Latin word "decidere': to cut off. A decision is a settlement, a fixed resolve ending result, a judgment, and a resolution. Decision-making has been defined as the selection of a course of action out of alternatives; it is at the very core of planning. Managers sometimes consider decision-making their core job since they must constantly decide what is to be done, by whom, when, where, and sometimes even how it is to be done. Decision-making is a Human Mental Process. Rationality is injected through the human brain, which has the capacity of learning, think, and relate intricate facts and variables while deciding. Decision making is rational in the sense, the manager decides by choosing and judging the alternatives to attain desired goals by choosing the most desired one. Individuals acting or deciding rationally are trying to attain some goal that cannot be reached without action. In most cases, not all alternatives can be examined, even with the most advanced available techniques of analysis and computers. A decision is an option between numerous alternatives, and a decision maker is the person making such an option. Although decisions can be arrived at instantly, more often the process of identification, analysis, assessment, choice, and planning is the process in decision-making. Strategy, as a word, is associated with Military science. A policy u when a specific meaning is given under a dominating situation, and in consideration of the enemy or competition policy, becomes a strategy.

The education industry is completely locked down for their traditional setup since April 2020. The growth of the online learning and E learning had been hiked up nowadays as this supports students with no geographical borders. The ICT enabled tools are the most technology mediated techniques for the students and teachers of all segments from schools to Higher education institutions. As the world battles COVID-19 pandemic, everyone are continuously facing new challenges. The paradigm shift from traditional teaching classroom to online teaching has put a majority of the teachers in dismay due to the changes in the behavior of the students during the online classes. The movement from classroom instructing to online classes amid the Covid-19 pandemic has turn out to be a nightmare for teachers. The reason behind pushing many teachers into depression are Internet tormenting, scurrilous visits, provocation, and individual assaults on tutors by students have multiplied during online classes. The study aims to assess the impact of the teachers‟ performance and the behavioral change of the students attending the online classes and also to identify the various challenges faced by the teachers during online classes. The survey was carried out with responses from 234 teachers varying from schools to colleges in Chennai city of Tamilnadu. The questionnaire consisted of various dependant and independent variables supporting the understanding of the behavioral change among the students during online classes and the data collected was analyzed and tested statistically with tools like Pearson Correlation through the SPSS software. The major results of the studies were discussed and recommendations were given. © 2022 Author(s).
