Research has been carried out on the effect of various preheating and the direction of the magnetic field on the flame characteristics of droplet combustion. This study is important to substitute fuel from fossils with vegetable oil that is environment friendly. The variations of the magnetic field are south-south pole, north-north pole, south-north pole, north-south pole, and without. A drop of palm oil is placed on a type K thermocouple between two magnetic rods. The high-speed camera of 120 fps from the front recorded the flame from the start until it went out. The researcher found out the influence of various preheating in palm oil and the magnetic characteristics and behavior of the flame. The direction of the north-south magnetic field had a higher magnetic field strength, caused the droplet combustion to increases resulting in a wider flame but a lower and more stable height compared to other magnetic field directions. The speed of combustion affected by the magnetic field intensity which resulted the flow rate of O2, therefore the combustion speed happened quickly because between O2 and the fuel molecules easily react and were more flammable. The strength of the magnetic field increased oxygen concentration and fuel molecule around the reaction zone causing a short burning, resulting in a change delay time the shorter but the flame temperature increased. Stability, shape, temperature, height, delay time and combustion duration were highly valuable to design an efficient heat generator industry with the addition of magnet field. This study provides insight into the influence of magnetic field direction in magnetic field intensity on droplet combustion characteristics for boiler combustion in the power generation system

Healthy and superior sperm is the main requirement for a woman to get pregnant. To find out how the quality of sperm is needed several checks. One of them is a sperm analysis test to see the movement of sperm objects, the analysis is observed using a microscope and calculated manually. The first step in analyzing the scheme is detecting and separating sperm objects. This research is detecting and calculating sperm movements in video data. To detect moving sperm, the background processing of sperm video data is essential for the success of the next process. This research aims to apply and compare some background subtraction algorithms to detect and count moving sperm in microscopic videos of sperm fluid, so we get a background subtraction algorithm that is suitable for the case of sperm detection and sperm count. The research methodology begins with the acquisition of sperm video data. Then, preprocessing using a Gaussian filter, background subtraction, morphological operations that produce foreground masks, and compared with moving sperm ground truth images for validation of the detection results of each background subtraction algorithm. It also shows that the system has been able to detect and count moving sperm. The test results show that the MoG (Mixture of Gaussian) V2 (2 Dimension Variable) algorithm has an f-measure value of 0.9449 and has succeeded in extracting sperm shape close to its original form and is superior compared to other methods. To conclude, the sperm analysis process can be done automatically and efficiently in terms of time.

Two factors that cause male infertility include spermatozoa and nonspermatozoa factors. To discover infertility caused by spermatozoa factor, sperm analysis can be conducted. One of the analysis processes is analyzing the morphology (that is related to the shape of head, neck, and tail) of spermatozoa. The analysis of sperm abnormality is based on the current morphology by observing and calculating the normal shape of sperms manually. Therefore, a system to analyze spermatozoa automatically is required so as to provide essential information regarding sperm condition accurately and quickly. The contribution of this research is to classify spermatozoa automatically and distinguish objects that are not spermatozoa. The novel element of this research is the analysis of sperm morphology based on microscopic videos of spermatozoa by comparing it with the previous researches with images as input data. Hence, what was conducted in this research is automation in analyzing spermatozoa with microscopic video or moving images of spermatozoa as the input data. The research method was initiated with a preprocessing procedure, which included extracting video into images, erosion and dilation operations. It was followed by the process of object segmentation and detection based on edge line, color, and color intensity using contour detection, feature extraction based on eccentricity and Equivalent Circular Diameter (ECD), and finally, classification using decision tree with accuracy result of 83.81%.

The development of smartphones that make people dependent on a gadged on lifestyle, as well as in the aspect of introducing a new thing in terms of product detail explanation and introduction in terms of promotion to increase imagination in real form with that trend develop smartphone-based technology that combines cyberspace and real through images and objects that are more called Augmanted Reality. Augmented Reality (AR) is a term for an environment that combines the real world and a virtual world created by a computer so that the boundary between the two becomes very thin. This system is closer to the real environment. With the aim of using augmanted reality promotion can be more interactive and more interesting, the audience can get to know the explanation aided with an object. More specifically with the marker method that uses the logo as an object, the marker itself is the main key so that the object being scanned raises the output object because in research that gets a logo can be easily found anywhere and will not change for a long time. From these objects will bring up objects that can be identified, namely the 3D building of Universitas Maarif Hasyim Latif which appears with a marker scan that is the logo as the object, so that with the help of these objects it is hoped that the impact can help visually explain Universitas Maarif Hasyim Latif building and become a different promotional media. and more sophisticated because Augmented Reality is a technology that is developing at this time.
