    The integration of digital technologies into national policies in developed countries supports the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 9 (SDG 9) by fostering innovation and infrastructure development. This study aims to analyze how digital technologies contribute to SDG 9 through the experience of Scandinavian countries. The methodology combines mixed design and multi-criteria analysis of the Digital Economy and Society Index (DESI) from 2017 to 2024 to compare digitalization policies, institutional frameworks, and outcomes. Structural content analysis of EU digital strategies was conducted, focusing on budget priorities and areas such as information and communication technologies (ICT) infrastructure, digital skills, artificial intelligence, open data, and cloud technologies. The findings reveal that Finland, Sweden, and Denmark demonstrate significant progress in digital public services, basic digital skills, and ICT workforce development. However, challenges remain in AI implementation and small and medium enterprise (SME) digitalization. Denmark leads in DESI performance, Sweden in innovation, and Finland in accessibility, highlighting the need for context-specific digital strategies.
  • Eco-Friendly Entrepreneurship and Innovations: The Impact of Energy-Efficient Technologies on Business Practices

    This article aims to study the impact of energy-saving technologies on business processes in the context of green entrepreneurship and innovation, analysing their implementation and interconnection with efficiency, sustainability, and competitiveness. During the article's writing, general scientific methods of cognition were applied, namely the analysis of literary sources, statistical data, methods of systematisation and generalisation, and comparative analysis. For the research, a survey of 24 experts in ecology and energy, including professors and associate professors from NTU “Dnipro Polytechnic” and the Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology, was conducted. The evaluations were processed by calculating average values using Excel's “AVERAGE” function and correlation analysis using “Pearson's Correlation” in the JASP program. The study showed that implementing energy consumption optimisation (75.25), combined heat and power production (76.67), and energy-efficient materials (78.3) significantly reduces energy costs and enhances the sustainability of production processes. Moreover, the correlation analysis confirms the impact of power generation (r = -0.38; p = 0.067) and replacement of energy equipment (r = -0.3; p = 0.15) on auxiliary business processes, highlighting the importance of these technologies for improving business efficiency. Thus, green entrepreneurship and energy-saving innovations contribute to environmentally friendly production and ensuring long-term competitiveness.
  • Impact of Digitalization on International Financial Security in Conditions of Sustainable Development

    The implementation of digital technologies in financial security allows you to automate and accelerate the processes of ensuring security. Electronic monitoring and analytics systems can quickly identify suspicious transactions and vulnerabilities, facilitating a prompt response to threats. That is why the topic of the current research is relevant and timely. The purpose of the study is to present the main components of the digitization process of international financial security in the context of sustainable development, with an emphasis on the formation of a comprehensive methodological approach to the analysis of the issue. The methods used in this research include the observation method to identify the main features of the digitization process of international financial security, the forecasting method to identify the main trends in the development of digital security, and the methods of analysis, synthesis, deduction, and induction to visually present the results of the research. Additionally, the graphic method is utilized to display a comprehensive methodological approach and illustrate the research results. During the course of the research, the basic components of the process of digitizing financial security were analysed, and an assessment of strengths and weaknesses was conducted. Additionally, opportunities and threats related to the process of digitizing international financial security were determined. The priority areas for the digitization of international financial security in the context of sustainable development have been identified. The main results of the study include the development of a comprehensive methodological approach to the process of digitalizing international financial security under conditions of sustainable development. The study also yields the following conclusions regarding the development of digitization: the utilization of analytical tools and artificial intelligence in financial security improves the accuracy of detecting fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes; digital technologies facilitate access to financial services in remote and less developed regions; digital technologies enable cost optimization for ensuring financial security through automation and efficient resource utilization.
  • AUTOMATED BALANCING METHOD OF VECTOR ILLUSTRATION AND ITS SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION

    The article proposes to develop a method for determining the conformity of vector illustration to the laws of composition and design, which will help to engage in artistic work for people without special skills and abilities. The concept of the centre of the composition is analysed. The main criterion of equilibrium is determined - the distance between the optical and composite centre. As the first stage of the developed method, it is offered to define the area of an element and to bring an arbitrary figure to a polygon. An algorithm for determining the area of an object of arbitrary shape has been developed. The process of colour density determination is analysed, and its algorithm is developed. An algorithm for determining the equilibrium of the composition is proposed. A script has been created that implements the method of determining the compliance of vector illustration with the laws of composition and design. A script based on a specific one has been tested during a number of tests. According to the test results, the conclusions about the correct operation of the script were confirmed. A prototype of an automation system for creating vector illustrations in Adobe Illustrator has been created.
