Senior Developer / Technical Lead with 14+ years of international experience in designing and delivering scalable software systems using Java and modern JavaScript frameworks (, React, Vue). My work spans multiple domains, including digital identity, transportation, logistics, fintech, and telecommunications, with experience across North America, Europe, and Asia.

I recently worked as a Research Assistant at University of Oulu, focusing on AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) in Human–Computer Interaction (HCI). My research explores AI-driven systems for digital wellbeing, user trust, and real-world usability, bridging academic research and industry practice. I am currently extending this focus toward Azure data engineering and agentic AI systems.

Previously, I led large-scale national digital initiatives at ICTA Sri Lanka, contributing to solution architecture, technical leadership, and strategic consultancy. I also held senior engineering and leadership roles at Kaleris (formerly ShipXpress, a Wabtec company) and other international organizations, delivering enterprise-grade systems in logistics, rail, fintech, and telecom sectors.
