Mr. Sinath No is the Head of the Civil Engineering Department at the National University of Battambang (NUBB), where he advances civil-engineering education and sustainable construction in Cambodia. He earned both his Bachelor’s (2010) and Master’s (2012) degrees in Civil and Industrial Engineering from Voronezh State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering in Russia.A Professional Engineer (PE No. 0005343PE/Bldg.), he received a Gold Medal from the Asian Engineering Register (AER) in 2018 and became a member of the Asian Federation of Engineering Organizations in 2019. He also holds a Certificate of Design from Cambodia’s Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning, and 2007, Mr. Sinath has served as a member of the Cambodian People’s Party committee in Tbong Khmum Province. With over a decade of professional and academic experience, he is recognized for his dedication, leadership, and contribution to engineering excellence and education in Cambodia.

EDUCATION

I have graduated Bachelor of Technics and Technology in the field of Construction at the Voronezh State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering master degree in Civil and Industrial Engineer specializing in program - << Effective and Economy Composite Structures>> at the Voronezh State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Russia. I have been conferred the HORNNARY MEMBER title of The Asian Federation of Engineering Organization and successful defended Professional Engineer No. 0005343PE/Bldg. Nowadays I am a candidate of Ph.D. of Philosophy and Political Sciences at National Russian People Friendship, Moscow, Russian.
