    Deep learning (DL) based convolutional neural network (CNN) has grown rapidly and become a selected choice for medical imaging fields. The paper reviews into three categories; 1) exploring the supervised machine learning methods, 2) reviews the limitations in deep learning, 3) and finally reviews the majors deep learning techniques within a specific summarized on lesion classification-based DL in term of (application, method, type of lesion diseases classification, cons).
  • A new approach to solving Transportation Model Based on the Standard Deviation

    In this research a new proposed method has been developed to find the optimal solution for transportation model, in this method, we computed the standard deviation to the costs for all rows and columns in the problem. Then the comparison with Vogel's approximation method (VAM) by using 10 different problems for the transportation models with different dimension has been analyzed, it is through compute the transportation costs. The results demonstrated that high efficiency for the suggested method compare with (VAM), where the total cost for all transportation problems by using suggested method are equal or less than the total cost of the (VAM). Due to the proposed method is a straight forward extension of classical method, the proposed method is more powerful to understand and to re-apply real life application of transportation problem for the decision markers purpose.
