This research paper explores hybrid anomaly detection frameworks combining Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), Bee Algorithm (ABC), and Genetic Algorithm (GA) using the CICIDS2017 dataset for Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs). It evaluates their effectiveness across diverse network conditions, focusing on anomaly detection accuracy, false positives, and computational efficiency. The study aims to advance anomaly detection methodologies in WSNs by contributing insights into bio-inspired algorithms' impact on anomaly detection. It targets the research community, industry professionals, and scholars, emphasizing the documentation of methodologies and suggesting future research on hybridization techniques, dynamic adaptation, edge computing integration, and machine learning fusion for enhanced anomaly detection in WSNs, fostering improved network security and adaptability.
  • Forecasting Pollution Trends: Comparing Linear, Logistic Regression, and Neural Networks
Harish Kumar Mittal, Priya Dalal, Puneet Garg, Ranjita Joon
Proceedings 2024 International Conference on Emerging Innovations and Advanced Computing Innocomp 2024, 2024
Air pollution presents a critical environmental threat, impacting human health, biodiversity, and ecological systems worldwide. Effective forecasting of air pollution levels is essential for implementing timely interventions to mitigate these effects. While several methods for predicting air pollution exist, this study focuses on refining and comparing the efficacy of ANN, Linear Regression, and Logistic Regression. The research primarily investigates the use of multiple linear regression to analyze the influence of various predictor variables on air quality indices (AQI), coupled with logistic regression for determining likelihood functions and residual analysis. Additionally, it employs an ANN with back-propagation to enhance the accuracy of forecasts. The novelty of this research lies in the integrated application of these methods to create a robust model that leverages the strengths of each approach. The objective is to develop a predictive model that not only forecasts pollution levels more accurately but also offers insights into the relationships between multiple predictors and pollution levels. Preliminary results indicate that the proposed model improves forecast accuracy by up to 20% over traditional methods, particularly in predicting peak pollution periods. This study not only contributes to the academic field by providing a comparative analysis of predictive models but also serves as a practical tool for policymakers and environmental agencies to preemptively address air quality issues.

1st IEEE International Conference on Innovations in High Speed Communication and Signal Processing Ihcsp 2023, 2023
Developing a personal assistant is the main goal of the research, especially for Windows-based operating systems. JARVIS is an idea inspired by real-life virtual assistants such as her Cortana and Siri for their respective Windows and iOS platforms that perform various tasks from the command line and create a user-friendly interface. This software is a synchronous process that uses and analyses human- dependent artificial language as the basis for speech recognition and processing. It can perform various tasks and serve end-users according to their requirements. The purpose of most of the wizards developed was to customize automation to perform a variety of specific tasks, from sending emails to managing tasks. With the development of technology that has dramatically increased human dependence on computers, people and users want their devices to be simpler and more convenient, and even text-to-speech in providing commands and input. There was a transition. This change marked the beginning of speech recognition. This has created a need to not only get input by voice, but also perform tasks and commands via speech recognition. This was the idea behind the personal voice assistant.
  • BIT EXCHANGE: A Cryptocurrency Exchange System Based on Blockchain
Tripti Sharma, Priya Dalal, Manya Kalra, Komal, Akshita Kureel
1st IEEE International Conference on Innovations in High Speed Communication and Signal Processing Ihcsp 2023, 2023
The paper explains how blockchain functions, addresses these weaknesses, and some outstanding issues. The specifications and assurances of cryptocurrency blockchains don't meet FinTech's demands for security and privacy, from transaction throughput to primitives. It examines how distributed databases are protected and offers a Blockchain- based solution to the problems associated with maintaining information secrecy in them. In this paper, the issue of cryptographic consensus is addressed using blockchain technology. And if there is a way to guarantee that financial activity and transaction activities are saved in a specific database without the participation of the central authority. It shows use scenarios where blockchain may be utilised and examines the key technology aspects and designs of blockchain. API that may be used in the future to advance the development of blockchain-related apps. The coin on this blockchain will be built from the ground up utilising APls. The main goal of this paper is to provide a decentralised blockchain wallet where you can access your money. The paper involves building a generic blockchain.

Conventional healthcare systems were just passive with the approach of smart healthcare services. Smart healthcare has been tended to consequently decrease the death and casualty rates the world over. The gratefulness lies in the court of the Internet and ICTs. IoT (Internet of Things) helps healthcare administrations by providing dynamic, inescapable, and intellectual services. Due to deal with medical issues and various unexpected diseases, a suitable, incorporated, smart, well-groomed, modern, and sustainable healthcare monitoring with wellness service deliverance arrangement is required under the IoT platform. A variety of development-boards have been created and are currently being utilized in the field of healthcare. These IoT based development boards reduce endeavors, cost, and time in a feasible way. Patients care better in IoT based integrated healthcare services system. Several companies have made-up these development-boards and these are being used by several organizations to fulfill the requirement of healthcare services for many purposes. This review paper provides an insight on aspects, dimensions, a prototype of sustainable integrated smart healthcare architecture with explicit clarification of significant development boards to design and implement a sustainable smart healthcare system that empowers strong connectivity among numerous devices and human beings in the recent digital era.
