  • Collaborative sustainability for building resilient business models through strategic partnerships for startup growth
    Annapoorna M. S., P. Sundharesalingam, Maderametla Roja Rani, R. Prabha, B. R. Kumar
Navigating Strategic Partnerships for Sustainable Startup Growth, 2025
In startup business models, strategic partnerships are held as a key to developing agility and resilience. Startups can engage in alliances that not only allow them to reinforce an emerging business model but also share values linked to sustainable development goals. Fundamental to the research is the idea that partnership frameworks can facilitate the scale needed to address operational and market factors that allow for innovation in response to changing business environments. Closing at a very pivotal point, the chapter consists, as noted before, of case studies and theoretical considerations that support startups looking to establish resilient business models by embedding sustainability right into their core. The findings demonstrate a deep and universal truth: co-creation, shared value, and virtuous behavior in business are the core ingredients of how we achieve long-term resilience and success in an evolving world.

Dolly Misra, Abhishek Sharma, B. R. Kumar, S. Kaleel Mohamed Ibrahim, Ketki P. Kshirsagar, Sampath Boopathi
Applications of Career Transitions and Entrepreneurship, 2025
The chapter focuses on job opportunities and career empowerment in emerging markets for training programs. It elaborates how such skill-building programs could be designed to account for the dynamic market through effective use of technology and industry collaborations. It gave case studies of effective training models, explained the impacts on workforce readiness, and how this translated into economic growth. It thus brings out the message of the need to tailor training toward employment trends in the local and global job markets and stresses that professional development does not have to be a one-off event, but is actually a continuous process of keeping abreast with the evolving requirements for jobs. The discussion details a strategic framework in which impactful training programs are designed for creating and supporting economic development and individual career advancement in emerging markets.

Fintech is fast moving forward and is revolutionizing the way people conduct, manage, and safeguard their financial transactions. Two of the biggest developments that may help improve transaction accounting and operational transparency are breakthroughs in Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence (AI). On one hand, the paper walks around the resolution principles and constructs of Blockchain and on the other hand, it shows the great potential of Fintech, to vocalize the intersection sphere took by Blockchain and AI in Fintech in order to meet the increased anxiety of falsification and falsification of information, which Blockchain is supposed to eliminate, as well as the permission to do so easily integrated into AI as a means for immediately making an intelligent decision. AI Model: Use of machine learning and NLP todissect decentralized blockchain architectures and detect abnormal behavior, and automate compliance + transaction-related workflows. Furthermore, it delves into practical applications such as smart contracts, DeFi, and methods to prevent fraud. In particular, this research elucidates how the merging of Blockchain technology with AI might facilitate the establishment of a safe and effective financial system,by providing a holistic end-to-end use-case examination of the areas, not only highlighting the contribution in terms of securing the financial transactions but also in building a smarter financial ecosystem.

  • TOURISTS' PERCEPTION AND INFLUENCE FACTORS IN VIRTUAL TOURISM USING BAYESIAN SENTIMENTAL ANALYSIS MODEL IN VIETNAM BASED ON EWOM FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
Bhavana Raj Kondamudi, Sinh Duc Hoang, Zuzana Tuckova, Sandeep Kumar Dey, Huynh Thai Hoc, Basava Rajeev Kumar
Journal of Law and Sustainable Development, 2023
Objective: The advancement of Internet technology brought up the tourism industry towards new development and opportunities. With application of the Internet technology tourism industry comprises a vast range of virtual communities such as Trip Advisor, Agoda, Travelocity and so on. Existing research concentrated on evaluating the factors influencing virtual communities’ behaviour with limited evaluation of tourist perception. This paper focused on examining the tourists' perception of a virtual tour through the sentimental analysis model based on eWOM for sustainable development. Method: The developed model comprises the group average Bayesian network with the computation of the polarity of the tourist perception. A Bayesian network is a data-driven method involved in estimating dependence among the variable with probabilistic computation. Results: The analysis is based on data collected from sample population in Vietnam with consideration of the 11 variables. Participation intensity, social identity, functional value, emotional value, sharing, interaction, and user satisfaction are among eleven primary variables that have been chosen. Conclusions: The analysis of the results expressed that the user satisfaction level is based on the user's experience and functional value. Additionally, the analysis stated that social value comprises the intermediary role in virtual tourism. This research adds to research methodologies of user engagement methods as well as serves as a reference for theoretical research and management practise in the virtual tourist community.
