Currently working as a Senior Research Fellow at National Agri-Food Biotechnology Institute (NABI), Mohali, India. I did my Masters in Microbiology and after qualifying Joint-CSIR-UGC-JRF (Rank 66)examination for Ph.D. I have joined NABI. My interests span areas of silicon biology, transporter proteins particularly aquaporins, and genomics of silicate solubilizing bacteria.
