I am working as a Senior Research Fellow at the Department of Petroleum Engineering, IIT (ISM), Dhanbad. My responsibilities induced the formulation of emulsion based drilling fluids and their testing for applicability in the field of a drilling operation. The testing of drilling fluids involves measuring their properties using various instruments, such as Fann Viscometer, API filter press, Roller oven, shale recovery, slake durability, zeta potential, thermal stability, and Core flooding test for return permeability test. My research work also involves the synthesis of surfactant and its characterization. Other instruments I have proficient experience include FTIR, DuNouy Ring tensiometer, TGA, Rheometer, Contact angle, and ion chromatography
