The Movement for Diverse, Nutritious, Balanced, and Safe Diet, in this article called by B2SA is a program from the Indonesian government to improve resilience and nutritional quality in line with one of the Sustainable Development Goals, especially during the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic. In this article, classification and grouping methods are carried out to determine the development of supporting the B2SA program in Indonesia, such as the classified menu arrangement and the potential for grouped foodstuffs, especially in East Java, which is one of the provinces with a high COVID-19 spread rate and contributes greatly to food security in Indonesia. The application of the classification method in this study is to compare the performance of logistic regression and random forest. In addition, the clustering method is applied by comparing the performance of Single Linkage and K-Means. The results of this study are the category of food menu recommended by the population of East Java, which turned out to be 49.3% not meeting the B2SA standard. As for the results of the grouping, there are four groups for potential food categories of staple foods and side dishes, two groups for the category of fruits and vegetables. These results are expected to be a recommendation for the government in supporting the stability of food security to strengthen the resilience of the food industry in Indonesia because it is a region that has food potential in Indonesia. © 2022 the author(s).

Aims: This study aims to compare the performance of Golang and node.js as web applications backend regarding response time, CPU utilization, and memory usage by using MySQL and MongoDB as databases. Background: There has been a lot of literature and research that addresses web server comparisons and database comparisons, but no one has discussed the combination of the two. Node.js and Golang (Go) were popular platforms that widely used as web and mobile application backends. While MySQL and Go are the two best open source databases that have different characters. Objective: To compare the performance of Golang and node.js as web applications backend regarding response time, CPU utilization, and memory usage by using MySQL and MongoDB as databases. Methods: In this study, we use four combinations of the web server and databases to compare, that is Node.js-Mysql, Node.js-MongoDB, Go-Mysql, and Go-MongoDB. Each database consists of 25 attributes with 1000 records. Each combination has the same routing URLs. From the previous study found a significant time difference between MySQL and MongoDB in query operations with 1000 data, so that in this study, the routing/showAll URL uses 1000 data. Results: The result shows that the combination of Go and MySQL is superior regarding CPU utilization and memory usage, while Node.js and MySQL combination is superior regarding response time. Conclusion: From this study can be concluded that the combination of Go-MySQL is superior regarding memory usage and CPU utilization, while Node.js-MySQL is superior regarding response time. Other: With this research, web developers can determine the right platform for their application; they also can reduce application developing cost so that the development process can be completed more quickly. For the next research best performance platform can be tested for WebSocket communication protocol and real-time technology, because it may provide different results from this research.

This study aims to measure the quality of the e-learning website based on the quality and significance level of user perception. The study also examined challenges and solutions to the implementation of the e-learning platform. This study’s subjects were the PsyCHE e-learning application and 305 students using e-learning for more than six months. This research was conducted through a WebQual4.0-dimension approach. The data collected was then analyzed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to determine student satisfaction, which is the gap between importance and performance. The IPA analysis shows that all gaps in the WebQual attribute are negative; this illustrates that the performance of the PsyCHE website cannot meet the expectations of its users. The IPA quadrant provides six indicators in quadrant 1, 7 indicators in quadrant II, four indicators in quadrant III, and five indicators in quadrant IV. The Wilcoxon test is used to determine whether there is a difference between the respondent’s expectation and perception; in this study, the Wilcoxon test shows a difference between the two. This study recommendsthat the Faculty take urgent action to improve e-learning performance and update their strategic plans by prioritizing attributes with the most significant gaps in user satisfaction.

Abstract E-learning is a strategy that is expected to transform ordinary learning into a learning philosophy that can be adapted, shared, reusable, and versatile. Based on previous research, e-learning acceptance is influenced by many factors. However, there are still some things that have not been determined and discussed; Therefore, they need further investigation. Based on previous assumptions, this study is an attempt to examine the factors that influence student acceptance of e-learning at Airlangga University, Indonesia. In this study, the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and (Information System) IS Success Model were combined to test intention, user satisfaction, and actual use of e-learning. This research was conducted by distributing online and offline questionnaires to 100 student respondents; then processed the data using SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that e-learning user satisfaction was influenced by the quality of education, service quality, and information quality. At the same time, the intention to use is influenced by the quality of education. In addition, user satisfaction and intention to use e-learning affect the actual use of e-learning. This research is expected to help decision-makers from higher education to better understand the effectiveness of using e-learning by students.

<p class="0abstractCxSpFirst"> </p><p>This research aims to build a boarding house recommender system based on the Fuzzy TOPSIS method. This application can be utilized by the student community to discover a suitable boarding house. This research uses the classic life cycle (waterfall) as a software development model. The waterfall model consists of 5 stages, namely, communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment. In this study, we focus on the construction and deployment stage.<br />To test and assess the system, we use a questionnaire filled by the respondents. Two arrangements of surveys created, one for the students and another for mobile application experts. We use ISO 9126 as a base to assess the system in terms of functionality, usability, content, reliability, and performance. As a result, these mobile apps graded 3.54 and categorized as an excellent system. This system is well-honorable and acknowledged by the student community, which gives a superior, simple method for promoting and reliable tool for finding appropriate boarding houses. The users recommend adding some features such as boarding communities, ratings, reviews so users can communicate with each other and increase the effectiveness and functionality of the application.</p>

<p class="0abstract">Supplier evaluation activities play a key role in the organization because they can significantly reduce the price of goods and increase company competitiveness. On the other side demands for aspects of quality, delivery time, and costs in increasingly globalized market competition add to the complexity of supplier selection decisions.</p>This research proposes to build a mobile-based decision support system of supplier evaluation using VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) method. VIKOR method focuses on ranking by compromising from existing alternative results. The system will produce output in the form of supplier evaluation rankings and will use as a recommendation for management to assist supplier evaluation. Evaluation results show that the system is useful and suit for the users.

abstract Overlapping white blood cell identification on microscopic blood cell images is proposed for increasing the accuracy of white blood cell segmentation and counting. The accurate identification of overlapping cells can increase the accuracy of cell counting system for diagnosing diseases. The overlapping cells have different characteristic such as area and shape with a single cell of microscopic cell images therefore the overlapping cell identification based on geometric feature is preferred. As a result, the proposed method identifies and counts the number of overlapping cells similar with manual white blood cell counting. In addition, the proposed method segment nucleus and cytoplasm of white blood cell with average of accuracy 85.22% and 70.27% from the manual segmented respectively. For future work, the results can be extended to separate the identified overlapping cell therefore it can applied for differential white blood cell counting for diagnosing diseases.
