One of the main problems of modern big city is the global crisis of normal urban environment operation as a result of structural growing of automobilization level, oversaturation of road-street network by the transport streams. Buses of the especially large size class occupy, at the least, 20% in the structure of a modern bus park. The buses of especially large size classes, with the aim of necessary maneuverability, as a rule are made articulated. One of the ways of improving the maneuverability of articulated buses is the usage of guided towed sections. Solving the mentioned problem usually needs the mathematic models for predicting the vehicle behavior. The aim of introducing the trailer direction is to increase the overall traffic lane of an articulated bus that ensures a necessary maneuverability. The aim is gained by a choice of a rational transmitting ratio of trailer axle gear and necessary value of braking moment on one of its wheels. The solving of the problem concerning the stability of an articulated bus with a guided trailer axle was made by the way of analyzing the linear approaching of stationary vehicle movement. An influence of the construction parameters of the bus and the trailer, a transmitting ratio of control gear and a value of braking moment on the parameters of bus maneuverability were analyzed. It was proved that for an articulated bus, the normal maneuverability parameters can be ensured at the trailer direction by a way of braking of one of the wheels.

The effective activity of road transport enterprises depends on the chosen strategy of enterprise management. The urgent role is the effectiveness of the use of a risk-oriented approach to the management and planning of the enterprise. The article, using the method of hierarchy analysis and probabilistic method, identifies and determines the contribution of risks. The factors that form the risks of road transport enterprises’ activities are defined for these types of enterprises. It has been found that the application of the hierarchy analysis method is a more time-consuming process and provides a deeper analysis of each risk. The probabilistic method is easier to apply, but it requires a high qualification of experts who will assess the risks. The results of surveys conducted by road transport enterprises indicate the application of elements of a risk-oriented approach. The availability of risk information makes it possible to implement appropriate precautions not only within an individual enterprise, but also on a more global scale.

Abstract There were examined the problems of passage of the regulated parts of a road. There were investigated the changes of a traffic movement intensity in Lutsk (Ukraine) during the spread of Covid-19 pandemic. The graphic dependences of the drivers’ actions estimation while passing the traffic lights objects on a chosen movement route at the beginning of quarantine measures, during the least movement intensity and at the increasing of movement intensity, were obtained. A method of increasing of a possibility of the traffic lights objects nonstop passage was offered.

Resume While performing the research of the vehicles operating characteristics in real operating conditions, a question of creation or correction of a movement driving cycle always appears. An absence of a mathematical model rather complicates the research process and makes a quick correction of movement conditions impossible. To solve the given problem, it was proposed to model a driving cycle using the Bezier curves. As a result of this research, it is stated that the most advantageous is to use the Bezier curves of the second and third degrees. During the analysis of results of driving cycles modeling and their comparison to the standardized and real movement cycles, a satisfactory coincidence of results was obtained. The conducted thematic research confirms the previous results, directed to creation of a universal dynamic model of a vehicle's driving cycle. The need for systematic implementation of projects for the establishment of motor transport enterprises and hybrid projects that they perform has been identified. The approach to formation of values of stakeholders of integrated projects of motor transport enterprises is offered. The scheme of interrelations between components of values of projects of creation of motor transport enterprises and hybrid projects which they realize is offered. The affiliation of the values of hybrid projects of motor transport enterprises for stakeholders is substantiated. It is established that there are causal links between the values of hybrid projects of motor transport enterprises (volumes, terms, timeliness, etc.). By changing these relationships, you can create the maximum system value for a given project environment and minimize their risk. Based on the proposed approach, it is established for a given design environment (Mustang Trans LLC) that the risk of obtaining the desired value is minimal at the planned system value, which is in the range of 0.1 … 0.25 Euro / km. The obtained results are the basis of substantiation against risky measures and increase of efficiency of acceptance of administrative during realization of hybrid projects of motor transport enterprises.
