I am Master Arul Sekar, J., Ph.D., currently working as an Assistant Professor, Department of Teacher Education, Institute of Pedagogical Science, Mekelle University, Ethiopia since 2016. I was worked in Periyar Maniammai University (PMU), India as an Assistant Professor, Department of Education from February 2011 to September 2016 and also acting as a Technical Officer for the CIDC Programme and Distance Education (COADE), Controller of Examinations, PMU. The Bon Secours College of Education, India, August 2007 to July 2010, worked as an Assistant Professor. I am having more than eleven plus years of teaching and research experience in conventional mode at undergraduate and postgraduate level and also guided research at Postgraduate and M.Phil., levels. I completed my Ph.D. in Education specialization of Educational Psychology in the year 2016. My first Post Graduation in Mathematics at St. Joseph’s College, Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, India and completed my second Post Graduation in Education at St. Xavier’s College of Education, Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, India. My research has led to 30 publications that include research articles, reviews, and book chapters and has authored three books. My current research interests are Cognitive Science, behavior, Intelligence, and educational technology.
