Dr. J. Arputha Sahaya Raj, Assistant Professor, PG Department of Commerce CA, St. Joseph's College (Autonomous), Tiruchirappalli. He holds Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com) and Business Administration (MBA) and a Ph.D (Commerce) in the Topic Specialization in HRM - Total Quality Management. In his teaching career spanning Twelve years both UG and PG level. He has also published many articles presented and published at Regional, National and International levels. He has vast experience in conducting Motivational training, workshops for youth and students. He very much interested and involved social activities and he has also invited as resource person by various Colleges, Schools and Service organizations. He makes continues relationship with NGO's, Service Organizations around Regional, National & International.
