Md. Shahin Parvez is a lecturer in the Sociology Department at First Capital University of Bangladesh. His background is in sociology (MSS, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Science and Technology University, Gopalganj-8100, Bangladesh). His research interests focus on Gender Studies, Public Health, ICTs and Social Change and the most recent and prevalent features of the COVID-19 Pandemic were all topics of study. Additionally, he reviews for two well-known journals, such as Frontiers in Psychology and the Open Journal of Social Sciences (JSS). Research and societal phenomena have always been a part of his life since he began his work in the field of academic research. He has been published more than seven research pieces throughout his career, which is considered an honour for him to be introduced as a researcher in research arena.
