Hybrid model for classifying Indo Aryan and Tamil texts from historic manuscripts P. M. Dinesh, Dhanalakshmi Gopal, S. Vignesh, S. Sheeba Rani Scientific Reports, 2025 The ancient manuscripts, especially Indo-Aryan and Tamil texts have the complex linguistic structure in their manuscripts with historical differences. The present paper is a BERT-Li Scribe Hybrid Model of the historic Indo-Aryan and Tamil manuscript classification. The model combines the contextual embedding of BERT, which learns the semantic links in the text, and LiScribe, a specialized sequence model that learns features, and linguistic patterns of Indo-Aryan and Tamil scripts at a character level. The sample of 1,055 manuscripts of the Library of Congress and University of Hamburg is a perfect combination of Indo-Aryan and Tamil texts. The model that is offered provides the classification of two large groups, such as Indo-Aryan (Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati) and Tamil, which guarantees the level of classification on a family level and specific scripts. Training is performed using categorical cross-entropy loss and Adam optimizer with learning rate scheduling with dropout layers used to avoid overfitting with noisy historical data. The model, which was coded in Python and deployed with the help of such libraries as TensorFlow and PyTorch, demonstrated a high overall classification accuracy of 97.61%, being able to distinguish between the Indo-Aryan and Tamil texts at the same time. The attention mechanism also increases the concentration on the important features by the model even in the degraded manuscripts. This mixed methodology proves the usefulness of the combination of deep learning and linguistic feature extraction to the correct classification of historical manuscripts.
Synthesis and characterization of aluminum-doped tin oxide nanoparticles for aerospace applications , S. Sharma, K. S. Yamuna, , S. Sheeba Rani, , B. Sangeetha, , S. Sivakumar, , B. Guru Prasad, and Digest Journal of Nanomaterials and Biostructures, 2025 Aluminium doped Tin Oxide (ATO) nanoparticles were synthesized using the sol-gel method and analysed for structural, morphological and optical properties. X-ray diffraction (XRD) confirmed the successful incorporation of Al3+ ions into the SnO2 lattice, retaining its tetragonal rutile structure. The shifts in diffraction peaks to higher 2θ values indicated lattice contraction due to the smaller ionic radius of Al3+ compared to Sn4+. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) revealed a uniform particle distribution with reduced agglomeration. UV-Visible spectroscopy exhibited a hypsochromic shift in the absorption edge, attributed to bandgap widening caused by aluminium doping. Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy identified characteristic vibrational modes of functional groups, confirming chemical bonding. Photoluminescence (PL) studies showed enhanced emission intensities due to oxygen vacancies and electronic interactions between Al dopants and the SnO2 lattice, suggesting defect state creation. The tailored structural and optical properties enhance ATO’s potential in gas sensors utilised in aerospace engines.

In response, this research presents a state-of-the-art Internet of Things-based monitoring system specifically tailored for Alzheimer's patients. By using facial recognition and GPS tracking, the system provides real-time updates on the patient's location and health status. By incorporating person identification features for both known and unknown people, caregivers can be alerted when a patient meets someone they don't know, which increases safety measures. Additionally, the system updates a subset of web servers every hour with the precise location and health indicators of the patient, ensuring timely support and intervention. By combining cutting-edge IoT features with cutting-edge monitoring techniques, this system provides a thorough and useful approach to Alzheimer's patient care, promoting increased safety, peace of mind, and successful management of the condition.

This project aims to provide a sustainable solution by utilizing food waste to generate electricity. The goal of the project is to maximize the energy generation from the waste by optimizing the arrangements and electrode combinations. After the electricity has been generated, it will be stored in the batteries. The monitoring system, which is called the node microcontroller, will also send data to the Think speak platform for analysis. This project's design considers the various factors that affect the quality of life in developing countries. It includes safety, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. By waste, the system can provide electricity to those who need it most. It is also contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.

Advancing PV technology with ZnO/Ag+ nanocomposites V. Revathi, Savita Rani, M. Balamurugan, T. Manikumar, S. Sivakumar, et al. Digest Journal of Nanomaterials and Biostructures, 2024 This study focuses on the synthesis and characterization of hybrid zinc oxide/silver ion (ZnO/Ag+) nanocomposites tailored for PV cell applications. The nanocomposites are synthesized through a cost-effective method, leveraging the unique properties of both ZnO and Ag. Characterization techniques including X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) are employed to analyze the structural, morphological and optical properties of the nanocomposites. Moreover, the electrical properties and photoelectric performance of the PV solar cells are evaluated and compared with conventional PV devices. The results demonstrate the potential of ZnO/Ag+ nanocomposites in enhancing the overall performance of PV solar cells.
Reversible Vedic Direct Flag Divider in Key Generation of RSA Cryptography Journal of VLSI Circuits and Systems, 2024 This paper presents the design of a comparator with low power, low offset voltage, high resolution, and rapid speed.The designed comparator is built on 45 flip CMOS technology and runs 4.2 samples per second at nominal voltage.It is a custom-made comparator for a highly linear 4-bit Flash A/D Converter (ADC).The outlined design can operate on a nominal supply of 1.8 V.The comparator offset voltage was elevated because of this mismatch.To compensate for the offset voltage, we followed a decent approach to design the circuits.Therefore, the offset voltage is reduced to 250.The designed comparator has a unity gain bandwidth of 4.2 and a gain of 72 at nominal PVT, which gives us a considerable measure of authority.The dynamic power consumption of the comparator is 48.7.The layout of this designed comparator has been implemented, and the area of the comparator is 12.3 15.75 .The results of pre-and post-layout simulations in various process, voltage, and temperature corners are shown.
