My doctoral research investigates the effects and anticipation of tourist experiences through virtual reality (VR), with a particular focus on enhancing tourist wellbeing.
I bring extensive professional experience in the hospitality and tourism sectors, which complements and informs my academic research. I presented my first research work at the 12th Advances in Hospitality and Tourism Marketing and Management (AHTMM) Conference, Universidade do Algarve, 2025, and have actively participated in workshops, seminars, and courses to further develop my expertise.
