Soumik De completed his M.Sc. in Applied Chemistry from the Department of Chemistry, National Institute of Technology, Silchar, Assam, India, and received his B.Sc. degree from Utkal University, Odisha, India. His research interests are in the intersections of organic synthesis with medicinal chemistry and organic photochemistry via green synthetic strategies. Further, he is also involved in various catalytic asymmetric organic transformations.
