The intersection of leadership and fairness: The intermediary role of LMX in cultivating organizational justice through perceived diversity climate Stephen Deepak, Syed Khalid Perwez Approaching Employee Experience Management with Data Science, 2025 Leadership plays a critical role in mediating the relationship between Perceived Diversity Climate and Organizational Justice within organizations. This chapter explores how Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) influences employees' perceptions and attitudes towards organizational justice in diverse environments. The study focuses on how LMX dimensions—Affect, Loyalty, Contribution, and Professional Respect—impact perceptions of diversity climate (including fairness, inclusiveness, and personal comfort) and organizational justice (distributive, procedural, interpersonal, and informational justice). The research draws on foundational theories such as Social Exchange Theory, Role Theory, Attribution Theory, Social Identity Theory, and LMX Theory to analyze diversity climate. Similarly, Organizational Justice is examined using Equity Theory, Social Exchange Theory, and Fairness Heuristic Theory. The chapter posits that high-quality LMX relationships enhance perceptions of diversity climate, fostering stronger feelings of Organization Justice.
Cloud-Based Wireless Network Management System Using COPRAS Method Ravindran D, Raja S, Murugannatham A, Stephen Deepak, K. Shanthi, et al. Proceedings of the International Conference on Multi Agent Systems for Collaborative Intelligence Icmsci 2025, 2025 This research discusses the assessment and ranking of cloud-based wireless network solutions in a manufacturing environment and examines ways to deal with the major troubles and improve performance and reliability as well as safety. The research uses the COPRAS method which in turn is applied to evaluate a wide range of criteria including technical specifications, performance metrics, security features or scalability. Two different network solutions are assessed, named Solutions A and B which has superior composite performance according to our method. As opposed to Solution A, Solution B has advanced scalability options, superior performance metrics, strong security features, and improved cost performance. Implementation of Solution B is expected to make it easier for factories to deal with fluctuations in production volume, resulting in gains in efficiency and productivity. The study makes the point that Manufacturing operations must be able to assess the benefits and drawbacks of moving on various network solutions. However, to ensure that the solution adopted by all concerned will remain effective for some time to come, this kind vigilance is necessary. Since listening alone will do no good, there is a need for continuous surveillance and appraisal to ensure the system of Solution B maintains effectiveness in line with industry needs and standards. The study's findings are useful deeper insights into the evaluation and ranking of cloud-based wireless network solutions in the manufacturing industry making a contribution to its network infrastructure and the optimization of the operational process in manufacturing.
Environment of inclusion and diversity management on perceived diversity climate Stephen Deepak, Syed Khalid Perwez Developing Diversity Equity and Inclusion Policies for Promoting Employee Sustainability and Well Being, 2023 Diversity at the workplace refers to the environment where individuals from different social backgrounds work together to pursue organizational goals. It is often difficult for individuals to accept members who belong to a different country, culture, religion, and other backgrounds. To manage this, organizations must encourage a climate that appreciates diversity and fosters inclusivity. Diversity climate in organizations is an indication of the extent that working individuals in organizations appreciate diversity related management policies, practices, and action plans aimed to accommodate everyone equally. Employees experience a sense of inclusion when their feelings of uniqueness and belongingness are addressed by the firm's inclusive initiatives making them contribute to the objectives of the organization. This study conceptually provides a theoretical understanding that inclusion and diversity management positively influences the perceived diversity climate which in turn motivates employees towards higher organizational performance.
