    Це дослідження має на меті вивчити вплив індивідуального ставлення до впровадження цифрових платформ на дві важливі залежні змінні: фінансове забезпечення домогосподарств і довіру до інституцій, які є важливими індикаторами економічного розвитку. Крім того, дослідження має на меті розробити політичні рамки для ефективного впровадження цифрових платформ в українську економіку, сприяючи інноваціям, підприємництву та інвестиціям. Аналіз ґрунтується на даних Світового дослідження цінностей (World Values Survey) за період із 1980 по 2020 рік. Для вивчення взаємозв'язку між відповідними змінними застосовано логістично-регресійний аналіз. Крім того, для представлення трьох різних сценаріїв було застосовано аналіз теорії ігор, який досліджував різні змінні рішення, цінові стратегії, політику розвитку цифрової інфраструктури та переваги локальних і міжнародних платформ.Результати логістичного регресійного аналізу виявили позитивний зв'язок між індивідуальним ставленням до технологій та вищим рівнем фінансового забезпечення домогосподарств і довіри до інституцій економічного розвитку. Крім того, теоретико-ігровий аналіз дає цінну інформацію для політиків і зацікавлених сторін галузі, забезпечуючи сприятливе середовище для цифрових інновацій, підприємництва та інвестицій.Це дослідження робить внесок в існуючу наукову літературу, спеціально вивчаючи роль індивідуального ставлення до цифрових платформ і технологій у стимулюванні економічного зростання. Застосування теоретико-ігрового аналізу для розробки політичної бази цифрової економіки України є новим підходом до розуміння динаміки впровадження цифрових технологій та їхнього потенційного впливу на економічний розвиток.Дослідження підкреслює важливість індивідуального ставлення до цифрових платформ і технологій як ключових рушіїв економічного розвитку. Створення культури, яка цінує інновації та технології, має вирішальне значення для розширення цифрової економіки України й підтримки інклюзивного та сталого економічного зростання в цифрову епоху. Ефективно впроваджуючи цифрові платформи, Україна може сприяти економічному розвиткові, розширити можливості своєї робочої сили та підвищити свою конкурентоспроможність на світовому ринкові.
  • IMPROVEMENT OF THE VACUUM EVAPORATOR FOR THE PRODUCTION OF PASTE-LIKE SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCTS WITH A HIGH DEGREE OF READINESS

    The object of this study is the process of cooking blended pureed mass based on apple, Jerusalem artichoke, cranberry, and hawthorn in an improved vacuum evaporation apparatus with a unified stirrer for the production of paste-like semi-finished products with a high degree of readiness. Conventional devices for cooking are associated with intermediate heat carriers, significant energy and metal consumption, the difficulty of stabilizing the temperature field under the conditions of a significant duration of the process, which prevents ensuring mobility, resource efficiency, and reducing the quality of resulting products. This led to the improvement of the vacuum evaporator by replacing the steam jacket with a film-like resistive electric heater of the radiating type, with the simultaneous use of a unified stirrer to increase the useful heat exchange surface by 0.6 m2. This was achieved by heating the internal space of the stirrer with the heater mentioned above, thereby forming the total area of heat exchange up to 2.8 m2, which is 28 % more than the area of the prototype (2.2 m)2. The rheological parameters of the resulting fruit and vegetable paste at a boiling temperature of 50...55 °C at a shear rate of 0.8...2.0 s-1 were determined, while the effective viscosity was in the range of 5.0...18.0 Pa·s. At the same time, the character of boiling kinetics in the improved vacuum-evaporating apparatus was 30 % lower than the indicator for the basic design MZ-2S-241a. The improved vacuum-evaporator with a unified stirrer is characterized by reduced specific heat consumption for heating the loaded pureed semi-finished product by 13.8 %. By increasing the heating surface by 28 % and reducing the duration of the temperature load on the product according to experimental data in the device by 29.6 %

    The growing role of distance learning platforms at higher educational institutions in developing countries, and the inadequate study of their effectiveness have necessitated the elimination of this imbalance. An additional problem in studying the issue of platforms’ effectiveness is the limitation of studies, which is based on qualitative methods of assessing the effectiveness. The quantitative assessment of the effectiveness and level of satisfaction with the implementation of distance learning platforms at higher educational institutions has been conducted in this academic paper. The assessment has been conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) to assess the Usability of the Moodle remote platform in Ukraine and the User Satisfaction Questionnaire (USQ) to assess students’ satisfaction. The article proves the connection between the Usability of the distance learning platform and the level of satisfaction with its use. This provides an opportunity to improve the problem areas of the Usability platform in order to increase the efficiency of its use. The following effects of application have been revealed, namely: increase of internal motivation, involvement in the learning process, level of satisfaction from courses and training programs (curricula), recognition of homework’s importance, increased interest in subjects, and students’ self-efficacy. Effective communication and quick response, an automatic control system are factors that contribute to the introduction of modern distance learning platforms in the educational process of HEI. The important elements of the effectiveness of distance learning platforms in the educational process of HEI are interactivity, simplicity, convenience, the speed of student-teacher interaction, platform flexibility, and quality control.
