nowadays the need for a safe and at ease device is favored using every character in society. A fee-effective system is needed for Aerial surveillance systems capable of enhancing situational focus in the course of a couple of scales of place and time. With the assistance of an machine, we are capable of accumulating a device that could report unmanned vehicles and humans. With improvements in technology, Unmanned motors and optical sensors are being fast produced with powerful usage of resources, therefore, it has ended up being less complicated to get images from the UAV at a low price. But the selection of those pixy received is reduced because of climatic conditions like fog, rain, harsh sunlight, etc. So, we advocate a photograph processing technique as a manner to use algorithms that include single-scale retinex, Multiscale retinex, histogram equalization, and colour recuperation to grow the fine of photographs. These select images have a higher evaluation, and subsequently can be used for better item detection. 1. The program can determine the objects without getting observed.2. The program can find multiple items. Three. MSRP for similar processing like histogram equalization and item detection to get the exceptional possible output

In this Paper, a Dual Band Monopole Antenna has been presented for GSM 900 and Wi-Fi band. To improve the performance parameters of the antenna, concentric square shaped electromagnetic band gap (EBG) structure has been incorporated. FR4 substrate is used and the proposed antenna is fed by line feed technique. The outer cell of $6.8533^{\\ast}6.8533\\text{mm}^{2}$ has been designed for GSM 900 band and inner cell of $2.557^{\\ast}2.557\\text{mm}^{2}$ is tuned to Wi-Fi band. The structure without EBG, reported a gain of 6.1928dB and 5.72499dB for GSM 900 band and Wi-Fi band respectively. The return loss of - 16.36116dB and -14.12084dB was obtained for GSM 900 and Wi-Fi band correspondingly. Introducing a concentric square EBG cells, the gain of 6.3391dB and 7.1013dB is obtained for GSM 900 and Wi-Fi bands individually. Return loss of the antenna is also improved for both the bands which makes the proposed antenna suitable for GSM and Wi-Fi applications.

The proposed paper investigates the effectiveness of view invariance in gait recognition by implementing HOG behavioral feature extraction technique on CASIA-B and CMU MoBo gait database in which standard HOG (RHOG), circular HOG and MHOG are considered for feature extraction. The effectiveness of each feature is analyzed and compared using SVM based classifier on gait detection of the subject for changing view angle. 25 subjects are considered with 10 different view angles for each subject. Classification is done based on the influence of individual and combination of above mentioned features. In spatial domain, although the RHOG gives better precision in finding the gait with normal view angle, but when the view angles are changed with respect to binning angles of histograms, the CHOG feature gives up to 97% better and consistent classification rate against RHOG. Further MHOG feature analysis is considered to improve classification results up to 100%, thus addressing the rotational invariance problem. The work carried out shows better gait recognition results than the previous researchers for all the view angles.
