Oleksandr Timoshchuk was born in Simferopol. In 2004 he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the V.I. Vernadskyi Taurida National University. In 2006 - Kyiv National Linguistic University. In 2009, defended his Ph.D. thesis on the topic: "Autonomous regional institution in the Spanish legal tradition: historical and legal study". From 2007 to 2009, he worked as a lecturer at the V.I. Vernadskyi Taurida National University. From 2009 to 2014 - as a private enterprise in the field of rural green tourism. In 2014 he moved to the city of Melitopol. He worked as a lawyer in the production and tourism spheres. In 2022, he moved to the city of Stryi, Lviv region. Since September 2022, he has been working as a lecturer of tourism disciplines at Stryi Professional College of Lviv National Environmental University.
