Transforming the Future of Management and Medical Education: AI-Driven Innovations in Curriculum Design N. Vinodh, A. K. Subramani, R. Vettriselvan AI Education Strategies for Future Proofing Curriculum Design, 2026 AI technologies make fundamental changes to curriculum design thus providing methods to enhance both management and medical education quality. It describes how AI tools modify teaching procedures by creating individualized learning programs and analytics-based institutional management together with flexible spaces. AI systems enable educators to get instant feedback from students through their system which automates repetitive work and shows academic performance data to help teachers maximize their efforts on strategy and creativity. AI in management training produces scenario-based education alongside medical training benefits from AI-based clinical training solutions, diagnostic systems, and patient-oriented educational designs. Implementation of AI technology delivers better learning results while simultaneously training professionals to overcome the complex issues in their active fields. AI can promote educational development through innovation together with solutions for educational gaps as well as create more effective learning structures for management and medical students.

Navigating Ethical, Legal, and Security Challenges in IoT Markets: Building Trust in a Connected World R. Vettriselvan, Palanivel Rathinasabapathi Velmurugan, C. Catherene Julie Aarthy, Richa Sirohi, T. R. Kalai Lakshmi Iot Driven Business Transformation Strategy Data Trust and Security, 2026 Businesses and consumers benefit considerably from the IoT expansion while dealing with vital ethical as well as legal and security challenges. Trust becomes the essential factor for successful IoT implementation by addressing major issues about data privacy as well as cybersecurity weaknesses together with regulatory requirements and algorithmic clarity standards. The method demonstrates how organizations should manage complex digital systems through data governance practices which combine ethical design capabilities with pro-active legal frameworks. The chapter conveys unique importance of CDR that establishes enduring consumer trust by maintaining ethical technological deployments. The paper demonstrates the need for transparency throughout IoT integration by presenting case studies that examine effective and unsuccessful deployments of IoT principles. Through comprehensive guidance the chapter presents an approach which helps institutions, regulators and technological experts build robust IoT facilities which respect both people's fundamental rights and community interests.
Arts-Based Pathways to Mindfulness, Resilience, and Student Well-Being in Higher Education: Cultivating Mindflourish and Wellfulness R. Vettriselvan, Babita Singla, G. Amutha, Akhil Dhanda, A. Aleeswari Promoting Mindfulness Flourishing and Wellness in Higher Education Through the Arts, 2026 The chapter explains how creative arts and digital storytelling can be used to enable the higher-education students to be more aware, resilient, and improved in general. It is based on two ideas- Mindflourish (combining mindfulness and flourishing) and Wellfulness (combining well-being and mindfulness) and demonstrates how positive psychology, transformative learning, and community practise can aid that objective. A 300 student and 20 faculty mixed-methods research of 20 institutions indicates that arts-based mindfulness allows students to share their emotions, reduces stress, and fosters a sense of teamwork and belonging. The chapter provides case studies of rural and urban environments and presents a functioning model comprising of resilience, emotional literacy, and inclusive participation, which can be used to assist institutions to plan student engagement and comprehensive development programmes.
Digital Storytelling and Creative Arts as Tools for Mindflourish and Wellfulness in Higher Education Ruby Evangelin M., P. Shalini, A. Vanitha, Delecta Jenifer R., R. Vettriselvan Promoting Mindfulness Flourishing and Wellness in Higher Education Through the Arts, 2026 The combination of creative arts and digital storytelling in the tertiary environment provides a strong model to improve student well-being, resilience, and engagement. This chapter is about their role in promoting the processes of Mindflourish (mindfulness + flourishing) and Wellfulness (well-being + mindfulness) using positive psychology, transformative learning and socio-cultural practice. According to a research study on the sample of 300 students and 20 faculty members at 20 institutions, it was found that arts-based mindfulness supports emotional expression, reduction of stresses and development of collaborative sense of belonging in an academical context. Case studies detail the functions of urban and rural adaptation and a proposable practical framework of resilience, emotional literacy, and all-inclusive participation are presented in the chapter
Leveraging Artificial Intelligence for Data-Driven Decision-Making in Business Organizations Rajesh Ravindran, R. Vettriselvan, Palanivel Rathinasabapathi Velmurugan, Shiammala P N, M. Sakthivanitha Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Sentiment Analysis and Deep Learning Icsadl 2026, 2026 Artificial Intelligence (AI) has precipitated a profound reconfiguration of strategic management and operational efficacy by endowing contemporary business organizations with the capacity for data-driven decision making (DDDM). With a combination of high-tech analytics, machine-learning (ML) algorithms, and thought-processing, AI provides the executive leaders with the means to consume complex data, extract actionable data, and, consequently, enhance the quality of decisions made by the managers. This paper presents an empirical study of AI technologies, considering their strength to enhance evidence-based decision-making, enhance governance structures, and develop adaptive learning in organizations. Based on empirical research and theoretical definitions, the analysis outlines the provisions of AI in complementing managerial judgments, enabling real-time responsiveness, and improving the accuracy of the strategic planning process. The discussion argumentatively challenges the technological, behavioural, and ethical aspects of AI implementation, highlighting the centrality of data-driven intelligence in increasing the organizational culture and leadership behaviour. Based on the paradigms of human-AI symbiosis and predictive decision making, the manuscript states a conceptual framework that proves how AI has the potential to boost managerial thinking and reduce information asymmetries. The study highlights the inherent worth of a human-AI collaboration by stating that although AI can expedite the accuracy of the decisions made, its effectiveness in the long term is determined by accountable integration, algorithm transparency, and effective mechanisms of continuous learning. Finally, it is proposed that <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\text{A I}$</tex> is not only the computational device, but an inseparable strategic business partner, which can support the inclusive, well-regulated, and evidence-based management practice.

AI at the Crossroads of Compliance and Crime: Rethinking AML in the Digital Age R. Vettriselvan, Palanivel Rathinasabapathi Velmurugan, P. Shalini, T. C. Catherin, Krati R. Varshney, Marie G. Nakitende Financial Corruption and Money Laundering in the AI Era, 2025 As financial systems grow increasingly digitized, money laundering methods have become more complex and harder to detect. This chapter explores the dual role of AI in the digital economy, both as a tool for combating illicit financial activity and as a potential risk. With the rise of cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance, and automated financial platforms, traditional compliance mechanisms are struggling to keep pace. AI technologies offer powerful tools for improving transaction monitoring, identifying suspicious behavior, and enhancing real-time risk analysis. However, these technologies also raise concerns about bias, opacity, and regulatory accountability. Drawing on theoretical frameworks such as Routine Activity Theory and Strain Theory, the chapter examines structural vulnerabilities in digital finance. It also analyzes the current regulatory gaps that hinder effective enforcement. The study concludes with recommendations for ethically integrating AI into AML systems, strengthening global coordination, and updating compliance models for the digital era
