  • Image Processing Techniques Inspired by Biologically Driven Vision for Cognitive Computing
    Vineet Kumar
2025 World Skills Conference on Universal Data Analytics and Sciences Worldsuas 2025, 2025
This paper proposes a biologically based technique for extracting and adding visual characteristics for cognitive computing, medical imaging, and pattern recognition. The approach uses spatial transformation functions, curvature-based refinement, contrast normalization, and adaptive thresholding to detect edges and key objects. First, image preprocessing corrects sharpness. Next, Gaussian filters and gradient computations discover lines. An ordered feature-refining strategy improves edge reflexes. This approach uses adaptive thresholding, multi-scale fusion, and non-maximum suppression. The performance assessment reveals that this approach has the greatest accuracy (98.2%), precision (97.5%), recall (96.8%), and F1-score (97.1%). Its strong PSNR (42.5 dB) and SSIM (0.95) reduce blurring and maintain visual quality. The computational performance investigation showed that it has the lowest complexity (1.5), fastest working time (12 ms), maximum noise resilience (95.6%), and best memory consumption (120 MB). Biology-based techniques outperform gradient-based, Laplacian-based, and curvature-driven methods. These results demonstrate that the proposed technique is trustworthy and effective for complicated photo processing tasks in large-scale and real-time environments.
  • AI-Enhanced Technology Solutions for Improving Public Health Management and Disease Prevention
    Vineet Kumar
2025 World Skills Conference on Universal Data Analytics and Sciences Worldsuas 2025, 2025
This study describes complete AI-based disease prevention and public health management strategy. It uses risk assessment, spatial prioritizing, and dynamic policy optimization. Supervised learning is used to extract features and model risk probabilities from large health datasets. We add normalization, regularization, and weighted loss functions to complete the process. Feature sensitivity analysis simplifies data and identifies health factors. Regional-level risk scores are accuracy-boosted with spatial correlations and historical trends to create composite vulnerability indicators. These enable systematic intervention ranking for fair and effective resource distribution. Dynamic feedback mechanisms update policy choices in response to real-time data and outcomes, making the system more adaptable. The model outperforms DeepHealthNet, HealthBoost, and CNN-LSTM. The framework achieves an accuracy of 94.3%, along with good sensitivity (0.91), specificity (0.93), precision (0.89), and F1-score (0.90). This prediction is supported by a 0.95 AUC-ROC. The system is easy to interpret, responds rapidly (390 ms), grows, and follows the rules. It integrates easily into existing health systems due to its integration. The suggested method is an AI-based solution that uses policy optimization, predictive analytics, and spatial intelligence to make quick, data-driven public health decisions. This study sets a new benchmark for smart health systems by providing a powerful and flexible framework that can react to evolving public health challenges accurately, clearly, and efficiently.

Everyone wants to save money, but saving time is more valuable. This was made feasible to a certain extent by the advancement of technological advances. People are now buying the majority of their necessities in a single store termed a mega market as a result of lifestyle changes. Only certain manufacturing items' specifics could be read by the present bar code billing systems. Most of the time, fruits and vegetables do not come with bar codes. Sometimes the seller must weigh the things in order to fix the standardized tag some time recently the charging prepare, or the biller must physically sort the thing title. The errand is multiplied as a result, which takes a part of time. For a fast charging method, the proposed manufactured intelligence-based picture classification framework employments a camera to identify the fruits and vegetables.

2025 IEEE International Conference on Modern Electronics Devices and Intelligent Communication Systems Medcom 2025, 2025
Based on the methods discussed, a framework for integrating blockchain technology into networking protocols was created in this study. Some of the difficulties that conventional networking protocols face when integrating blockchain technology into communication networks are covered in this paper. This paper also provides case studies and examples to provide a clearer picture of how blockchain technology might be utilised to enhance security, privacy, and decentralisation in networking protocols. Based on the open and unchangeable nature of blockchain technology, this article offered suggestions for communication networks to achieve higher levels of integrity and trust while lowering any dangers related to centralised control and single points of failure. Furthermore, the study looks at advanced security feature which is SHA-256 cryptographic hashing to show how blockchain can maintain data integrity and guard against malicious attacks.
