International Journal of Advanced and Applied Sciences
As we moved into the 21st century, it became clear that the success of any organization depends on more than just the technical skills of its managers, who lead the business. It also relies on the active participation of every employee and the quality of communication and interactions within the company. This study focuses on the development of onion models and how effective they are in improving interpersonal communication. The research employed a mixed-method approach, gathering data through reviews of existing literature (secondary data) and direct fieldwork, including interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) for primary data. Both qualitative and quantitative methods were used to analyze the data. The participants in this study included 50 individuals ranging from owners and directors to managers, regular employees, and office assistants. The findings indicate that the onion model demonstrates a pattern of organizational communication that a) happens between individual members or across the whole organization, b) is formal and hierarchical, c) includes both verbal and non-verbal forms, d) can be direct or indirect, and e) serves the purpose of interaction and detailed discussion related to the company's internal operations. The study concludes that the onion model is effective for use in large and multinational companies.

    Raiya Academic International LLC
In the Independent Campus Learning Program [Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM)], the 5-1-2 learning pattern is used in the undergraduate program. In implementing this pattern, curriculum coherence is needed between study programs and between institutions. A model for developing a curriculum based on local wisdom and multiculturalism was created to improve the micro-skills of program graduates. A model for developing a curriculum based on local wisdom and multiculturalism was created to improve the micro-skills of program graduates. A model for developing a curriculum based on local wisdom and multiculturalism was created to improve the micro-skills of program graduates. In order to attain the objective, a hierarchical pattern of relationships is employed, beginning with the central construct, primary dimension, and indicator. A structural Equation Model (SEM) is used to analyse the relationship between variables, while an inductive approach is used for exploratory purposes to identify factors. In order to evaluate the dependability of the model, a study was conducted at two different universities in Indonesia: Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University in Serang, Banten Province, and Galuh Ciamis University in West Java Province. The study involved testing the coherence of the curriculum of various programs at both universities and evaluating the micro-skills of graduates who had participated in the MBKM program. Samples from the 4 study programs implementing MBKM at the two universities were used to test curriculum coherence. Then, to determine the increase in graduates' micro-skills, a sample of 70 students was used. The results of the analysis show that curriculum development has a direct effect on improving graduates' micro-skills. In developing the curriculum, three factors strengthen micro skills improvement: development of knowledge, responsiveness to technological developments, and relevance to needs.

    Yayat Ruhiat and Yudi Guntara

    OU Scientific Route
The Cabinet-type ERK solar dryer is manufactured by a temperature distribution process so that the temperature inside the appliance is well distributed. The cabinet-type ERK solar dryer comprises several components to maintain the water content, including a drying oven, air blower, heat-resistant pipe, hot water pump, thermostat, heat exchanger, and heater. These tools are used to convert heat radiation into conduction or convection so that the dried agricultural products' water content is relatively low. The data needed to show the quality of the tool include temperature on temperature received by the wall (Tw), absorbent plate (Tp) and room temperature (Tr). And as for other supporting data including the environmental air/ ambient temperature (Ta) and solar irradiation (I) for optimal tool usage time.
The experiment results for 5.5 hours, as many as 23 measurements with time interval 15 minutes, obtained a relatively unchanged temperature distribution. During that time, the average temperature received by the wall (Tw) was 41.26 °C, while the middle plate temperature (Tp) was 40.65 °C and room temperature (Tr) was 40.71 °C. Thus, the temperature in the Cabinet-type ERK solar dryer is well distributed. The distribution percentage between wall temperature and plate temperature is 98.52 %, while wall temperature and room temperature are 98.67 %. The result indicates that the Cabinet-type ERK solar dryer is potential as a drying device for agricultural commodities. It is hoped that the Cabinet-type ERK solar dryer will be an alternative to a drying system that can improve the quality of agricultural commodities for farmers in Indonesia

    JVE International Ltd.
In a period of ten years, from 2011-2020 rainfall in Indonesia is relatively high, with annual rainfall between 460.5-4,627.4 mm. The high rainfall has implications for flooding in several provinces. During this period, almost every year several areas in Banten Province experienced floods. To predict areas of Banten Province that have the potential for flooding, forecasts of rainfall and the potential for repeated occurrences of high rainfall are carried out. In making the forecast, observations were made at the Serang Meteorological Station, the Budiarto Curug Meteorological Station, the South Tangerang Climatology Station, and the Tangerang Geophysics Station. Rainfall data from the four stations were analyzed by Fourier transform, Gumbel method and Mononobe method. Distribution analysis results obtained rainfall in Banten Province between 0.0-607.9 mm with the length of rainy days per month between 0-26 days. Then, the results of the Fourier transform analysis; Banten Province included a monsoon rain pattern with unimodial rainfall. Furthermore, the results of the analysis of the Gumbel method and the Mononobe method, Banten Province included the category of moderate rain and tended to be heavy, even extreme. Based on the results of the analysis using these two methods, in 2025 in Banten Province, it is predicted that 11 % heavy rain, 3 % very heavy rain and 1 % extreme rain are predicted. In that year, it is predicted that there will be 65 sub-districts in Banten Province that have the potential for flooding. The sub-districts that have the potential for flooding are mostly located in Serang Regency, Serang City, Tangerang City, and South Tangerang City. This potential flood is predicted to occur in: January, February, March, April, May, October and November.

Transstellar Journal Publications and Research Consultancy Private Limited
In minimizing emitted air pollutants, it is necessary to modify it by creating a pollutant absorber. Modifications are made in this research is by using coconut shell charcoal mounted on the end of industrial stack. The coconut shell used in absorbing air pollutants, before leaving the stack, while to keep the charcoal from burning, a condensation system is performed. The results showed that the concentration of SO2 and dust contaminants decreased by 34% and 42%, respectively. The decrease in pollutant concentrations indicates that coconut shell charcoal used as a pollutant absorbent tool emitted from the industry. Among the two types of pollutants tested, it appears that coconut shell is more effective to absorb pollutants of dust. Therefore, other modifications are needed, so that the coconut shell can optimally absorb all types of air pollutants.

    IOP Publishing
Industrial development has implications for pollution, one of it is air pollution. The amount of air pollutants emitted from industrial depend on several factors which are capacity of its fuel, high chimneys and atmospheric stability. To minimize pollutants emitted from industries is created a tool called Pollutant Absorber (PA) with a condensing system. Research & Development with the approach of Design for Production was used as methodology in making PA. To test the function of PA, the simulation had been done by using the data on industrial emissions Cilegon industrial area. The simulation results in 15 years period showed that the PA was able to minimize the pollutant emissions of SO2 by 38% NOx by 37% and dust by 64%. Differences in the absorption of pollutants shows the weakness of particle separation process in the separator. This condition happen because the condensation process is less optimal during the absorption and separation in the separator.

The electrical, crystal structure and microstructure properties of NTC thermistor from local mineral (containing Fe2O3-SiO2-K2O-Na2O-MnO) doped TiO2 thick films were investigated by means of electrical measurement, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The XRD revealed that the crystalline of all thick film has a hexagonal (illminite) structure without changing in different frit glass content. The microstructure of thick films was discussed by utilizing SEM analysis. The results showed that the film with lower frit glass content has a lower electrical resistivity and thermistor parameter. This result demonstrated that the electrical properties of the thick films can be improved by changing the frit glass content. In addition, the comparison of FeTiO3 thick films from local mineral doped TiO2 with the pure Fe2O3 doped TiO2 (Fe2O3 powder having the purity of 99.9%) were discussed. We believe that our results can be a good guide for those fabricating FeTiO3 thick films with the purp...
