International Journal of Electrical and Electronics Research, 2026
This paper shows a new method to enhance the performance of loop electrical systems by finding optimal reactive power. The Bees Algorithm and the Jaya Algorithm are used to determine the optimal settings of control variables such as generator voltage, tap positions of transformers, and reactive power output of shunt compensators. These methods are tested on IEEE 14 and IEEE 30 bus systems. The results show that hybridizing the Bees Algorithm with the Newton Raphson method has a more favorable effect than hybridizing the Jaya Algorithm with the Newton Raphson method in terms of minimizing active power losses and achieving faster convergence to the optimal solution. The performance of these proposed methods is compared with conventional optimization techniques and presented for illustrative purposes.

In this paper, an inexpensive electronic circuit will be designed to monitor the cells of battery cells’ voltage in a Lithium-ion bato monitors paper, we will use three battery packs made up of lithium cells connected in a series, and we will test the individual cell voltages, design a simple circuit with op-amps, and send the results via long-range (LoRa) technology to an Arduino base station, where they will be displayed on an liquid crystal display (LCD) screen. This paper deals with the development of a photovoltaic (PV) system battery performance-monitoring unit. This will be done by using an Arduino and long-range wide area networking (LoRaWAN) as a control and monitoring system. The measurement values and data will be sent to a personal station by using an RFM95 LoRa module (as a Universal Asynchronous unit) and the data can be visualized in LCD. One of the parameters of the battery monitoring system is the voltage of the PV system. The goal of the project is to design a new circuit for monitoring the charging condition, discharge depth, and ampere-hour (AH) of the battery, and this all will be analyzed to prove the performance of the battery in the independent photovoltaic system.
  • ANOMALY DETECTION IN INTERNET OF MEDICAL THINGS WITH ARTIFICIAL INTILLEGENCE

Eastern European Journal of Enterprise Technologies, 2023
Internet of things (IoT) becomes the most popular term in the recent advances in Healthcare devices. The healthcare data in the IoT process and structure is very sensitive and critical in terms of healthy and technical considerations. Outlier detection approaches are considered as principal tool or stage of any IoT system and are mainly categorized in statistical and probabilistic, clustering and classification-based outlier detection. Recently, fuzzy logic (FL) system is used in ensemble and cascade systems with other ML-based tools to enhance outlier detection performance but its limitation involves the false detection of outliers. In this paper, we propose a fuzzy logic system that uses the anomaly score of each point using local outlier factor (LOF), connectivity-based outlier factor (COF) and generalized LOF to eliminate the confusion in classifying points as outliers or inliers. Regarding human activity recognition (HAR) dataset, the FL achieved a value of 98.2 %. Compared to the performance of LOF, COF, and GLOF individually, the accuracy increased slightly, but the increase in precision and recall indicates an increase in correctly classified data and that neither true nor abnormal data is classified wrongly. The results show the increase in precision and recall which indicates an increase in correctly classified data. Thus, it can be confirmed that fuzzy logic with input of scores achieved the desired goal in terms of mitigating cases of false detection of anomalous data. By comparing the proposed ensemble of fuzzy logic and different types of local density scores in this study, the outcomes of fuzzy logic presents a new way of elaborating or fusing the different tools of the same purpose to enhance detection performance

Green communications and their techniques have taken a vast amount of consideration with the significant advance of the new world. In the same way with the improvement and the updates in communication techniques, the researchers are concentrating on their work to attain communication as green as promising. In mobile systems the evaluation of 5G and beyond will increase the power consumption that results in excess emission of CO2. Furthermore, with the high demand of wireless traffic in the near future, green radio technology for upcoming wireless networks shall include an end-to- end energy efficiency investigation of mobile terminals, radio access and core networks, and diverse applications. This paper surveys various modes of green communication technologies also some challenges that slow down the development of this technology with demand for green techniques which help to decrease the emission of co2 that is a risk to environmental and human conditions.

Proceedings 2022 International Conference on Engineering and MIS Icemis 2022, 2022
This research provides an overview of Iraq’s renewable energy prospects. One of the most important sorts of renewable energy resources in the world is wind energy. Wind energy is considered environmentally beneficial and very economical. These benefits are cited as the primary reasons for using wind turbines to generate power across the world. An assessment of the country’s profile has been made, taking into consideration existing energy generation, crude oil production at current levels, gas flares that generate CO2 emissions, as well as industry, human activities, and grid electricity distribution. Iraq has power shortages, and several obstacles must be solved in order to satisfy projected increases in electrical demand. This analysis discovered that solar, wind, and biomass energy are now underutilized, but that they might play a key part in Iraq’s sustainable energy future. Wind energy, for example, has become an important aspect in reducing pollution and improving air quality. The usage of tiny wind turbines to generate power under Iraqi meteorological conditions is examined in this study. The research evaluates the wind system that is necessary to provide electric power for highway services including lighting and parking. According to the study’s findings, wind turbines can be used effectively for roadway illumination. The efficiency of a maximum wind turbine is determined by the blade design. For the planned use, the wind speed reported in Iraqi winter is pretty acceptable. Alternative and sustainable energy, wind energy, Iraqi climate are all index terms. The Iraqi government recently joined the Paris Climate Agreement and is now starting to encourage the participation of small and large consumers to generate electricity from renewable energy sources. This article analyzes the hybrid electrical system of solar and wind energy for the city of Dohuk, the northern part of Iraq, to find out the feasibility of this system compared to the local electrical network. First, access to solar and wind energy resources in Dohuk were ensured.
  • Reviews of using solar energy to cover the energy deficit after the recent war in Mosul city

ACM International Conference Proceeding Series, 2021
This study provides a review of solar energy in Iraq, as Iraq is one of the oil-rich countries that are considered more intelligent in the field of alternative energy for the post-oil era, especially as it is located near the solar belt, which makes the solar radiation of high intensity and brightness a period of the year. We must replace non-renewable energy resources (traditional or fossil fuels) with renewable (sustainable) energy resources. This renewable energy (solar energy) is possible, clean, unlimited and environmentally friendly, and it can be used in many applications of lighting, water heating and heating in the winter, and this Reduces the electricity needed during winter for this application. And if we talk about Mosul, the climate of Mosul It’s marked by high summer and cold temperatures .degrees Celsius in the middle of the day, and in December, January and February, temperatures range from -1 degrees Celsius to 8 degrees Celsius. As Iraq is suffering from electricity shortages during this time, so the Iraqi government and the local government of Mosul in particular must take serious decisions and steps to confront and overcome these challenges, and develop developed strategies, and programs of specialized and expert people to meet the increases in demands on electric power. Renewable energies such as solar and wind energy which could play a significant role in Iraq’s future , especially the solar energy covered in this study.
