Gastroenterology Center Expert

My professional experience has given me extensive knowledge in the management of patients with various therapeutic comorbidities. Subsequently, I received specialized training in gastroenterology and ultrasound diagnostics. Since 2017, I have been working at the Expert Gastroenterology Center.

Although my formal research experience is still developing, I have contributed to three publications in journals recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC).
In addition, in 2019, I participated in a Novartis-sponsored GCP clinical trial investigating tropifexor and cenicriviroc for the treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) and liver fibrosis. I am particularly interested in functional biliary tract disorders (FBD) and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), which often coexist and present diagnostic and therapeutic challenges.

EDUCATION

My path to becoming a doctor began with training at the First St. Petersburg Pavlov State Medical University (PSPbSMU), then continued with internship in Internal Medicine and residency in Family Medicine. At the same time, I gained valuable practical experience working as a physician in the emergency room of the inpatient department of PSPbSMU and as a general practitioner at the I.I. Janelidze Research Institute of Emergency Medicine.
