The article presents the results of research on obtaining highly intensive pigments based on organic and inorganic substances. The process of synthesis of copper chloride (CuCl) raw material with phthalic anhydride, inorganic and organic substances was studied. As a result of the study, copper chloride (CuCl) and a sample of the pigment obtained as a result of neutralization with sulfuric acid were analyzed using an X-ray spectrum. According to the results of the analysis, a new type of pigment based on copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) was selected as the most optimal option, and physico-chemical analysis of the sample (elemental analysis (SEM_EDX)) was studied. It has been determined that the highly intensive pigment obtained as a result can be used as an import substitute product in the construction and textile industry.

The article presents the results of research on the production of moisture-retaining complex fertilizers that save water resources and mineral components based on local raw materials. The synthesis process of FarPAN raw material with formalin, inorganic and organic acids and monoammonium phosphate (MAF) as a fertilizer has been studied. As a result of the study, FarPAN and the hydrogel sample obtained after neutralization with sulfuric acid were analyzed in the IR spectrum. According to the results of the analysis, a new type of 20% MAF-based moisture-retaining fertilizer was chosen as the most optimal option, and physico-chemical analyzes of the sample (elemental analysis (SEM_EDX)) were studied. It was determined that the resulting moisture-retaining fertilizers can be used in agriculture as a means of providing moisture and nutrient components in water-scarce areas.

The possibility of producing liquid fertilizers based on nitric acid processing of washed dried concentrate in the presence of monoethanolamine is shown. On the basis of nitric acid extract and monoethanolamine, liquid complex fertilizers with stimulating activity were obtained, composition: P2O5tot. - 10-11%, CaOtot. - 6-7%, Ntot. 12-13% and K2O-5-6%. They contribute to the acceleration of plant growth by 10- 12 days and an increase in yield by an average of 8-10% compared to the control variant. It can be concluded that they can be recommended as liquid complex fertilizers for drip application.

Abstract This article presents the results of research on the production of fertilizers using water-saving hydrogel on the basis of local raw materials. The reaction of ParPAN raw materials with inorganic and organic acids and in the presence of formalin has been studied. According to the results of research, a new type of hydrogel was synthesized. The degree of swelling of the hydrogel has been found to be related to the amount of formalin and other additives. The composition of the hydrogel composition with mineral fertilizer was developed, its basic physico-chemical characteristics and swelling kinetics were studied. The use of hydrogels as a means of keeping moisture and feed components in arid and low-water agricultural regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan is recommended.

Abstract The distinguishing feature of the proposed flow method before the classical (chamber) method is that the entire production cycle of natural phosphate processing is carried out in two stages. At the first stage, the phosphorite is treated with a stoichiometric flow rate of concentrated sulphuric acid (at least 93%), under conditions of complete decomposition of phosphorite to form phosphoric acid and crystals of anhydrite (calcium sulfate). The reaction temperature is 122 °C. In the second stage, the resulting concentrated solution of phosphoric acid in a mixture with sulphur is involved in a reaction with an additional input of phosphorite, which is the basis for the mechanism of chemical formation of monocalciumphosphate and granulation of superphosphate mass. The processes for neutralizing phosphoric acid on monocalciumphosphate and for granulating the product by coagulation are combined in one apparatus. The drying stage of the product is excluded from the scheme.

Abstract The methods for producing simple superphosphate by two-stage sulfuric acid decomposition of natural phosphates are analyzed. For the first stage, the process of decomposition of high-carbonate powdered phosphorite is studied depending on the rate of sulfuric acid from stoichiometry to the formation of H3PO4, its concentration and the reaction time of the starting components. For the second stage, the process of neutralization of phosphoric acid is studied, depending on the norm of phosphate rock for the formation of Ca(H2PO4)2. The drying process of superphosphate is carried out, in which granular superphosphate is obtained, and P2O5total. - 12%, P2O5free. - 4.6%, P2O5dig : P2O5total = 90%, P2O5 water : P2O5total = 79%.

This article presents the results of research of studying the effect of mineral fertilizers on soil moisture and the growth and development of forest seedlings when creating forest crops on the western slope of the Western Tien-Shan. It was established by experience that forest seedlings react differently to the action of mineral fertilizers. In pine, an increase in the fertilizer dose contributes to an increase in the growth of seedlings in height by 1.2 times. English oak, on the contrary, reacts weakly to the effects of fertilizers. Korolkov’s hawthorn reacts intensively to the effects of fertilizers. At the same time, an increased dose of fertilizers contributes to an increase in the annual growth of plants by 3.2 times. The Sievers apple tree differed from other species with intensive growth in all variants of the experiment on the western slopes during the growing season. But in this breed, an increase in the dose of fertilizers caused an increase in annual growth up to 1.5 times compared with the control variant. Mineral fertilizers do not contribute to significant moisture retention in the upper soil layer during the summer vegetation season, but in the lower root-inhabited layers of fertilizer, it has a positive effect in increasing soil moisture above the wilting moisture, which is 8%, and is often observed in the upper horizons.

Abstract The results of many years of research on the effect of polymer hydrogels for agriculture on soil structure were presented. By sampling soils at various depths, the biological changes of microorganisms that occur under the influence of hydrogels were studied. It was shown that the use of hydrogels leads to an improvement in the basic physicochemical properties of non-irrigated agricultural lands and an increase in soil fertility. The use of hydrogel absorbent on typical non-irrigated lands allowed increasing soil moisture and improving its properties.
