Ali A. Al-Temeemy

Ali A. Al-Temeemy is a Professor in the Department of Laser and Optoelectronics Engineering at Al-Nahrain University and an honorary research fellow in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Electronics at the University of Liverpool.
He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in laser and optoelectronics engineering from Al-Nahrain University in 2002 and 2005, respectively, and his Ph.D. in ultra-high-speed laser detection and ranging LADAR from the University of Liverpool in 2011. His current research interests include 3D Laser Imaging, Laser Detection and Ranging (LADAR & LIDAR), Laser Speckle Imaging, computer vision and digital image processing.
