Ana Leiras is a PhD candidate at the University of A Coruña (Spain), currently finalising her doctoral research in Accessible Tourism. She holds a Master's Degree in Planning and Management of Destinations and Tourist Products from the same institution. Furthermore, she possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, along with an International BA in Hotel Management from a dual program at the University of Santiago de Compostela and L’École hôtelière de Lausanne.
Ana boasts a solid professional foundation with a decade's experience managing hotels and restaurants. Over the last ten years, she has served as a professor at the Centro Superior de Hostelería de Galicia (University of Santiago de Compostela). Concurrently, she is an active participant in the Territorial Studies Research Group at the University of A Coruña.
Her research interest includes tourism, hospitality management, marketing and sociology.
