This research aims to analyze the role of teacher learning agility in supporting the success of Islamic education in Indonesia. Researchers used a survey method distributed via a Google Form questionnaire. The population of this study were elementary, middle school, high school, bachelor’s and master’s level teachers, and a sample of 517 people was obtained, taken using random sampling techniques with the classification of 150 elementary school teachers, 135 middle school teachers, 148 high school teachers, 85 undergraduate lecturers, and 53 master level lecturers. The data were analyzed descriptively and measured using the analysis of variance (ANOVA) test assisted by the SPSS 22 program. The results of the research show that outstanding educators in Indonesia have high learning agility at work. More than 50% of respondents respond to current developments and apply learning agility in the workplace. Based on job classification, lecturers have higher learning agility with an overall average of above 4.20. Meanwhile, based on gender, women are superior to men in its application. Educators with learning agility display maximum work performance, are able to draw lessons from work experience, adapt to change with full awareness and enthusiasm for learning to improve their skills, knowledge and competence.

This research aims to explore the paradigm of applying learning by doing to create active learning in Islamic education. A combination of both quantitative and qualitative methods was used in this study. Data collection begins with qualitative data and continues with quantitative data. This flow is also known as exploratory sequential design. The study's findings indicate that the use of learning by doing in Islamic education creates a supportive and adaptable learning environment where students can develop their critical thinking, collaboration and communication skills through firsthand experience and other people's teachings. Second, learning by doing has a positive influence on students in Islamic education. The findings of the quantitative data analysis in the test (paired sample t-test) demonstrate a substantial difference between the results before and after implementing learning by doing performance-based learning. The degrees of freedom (dk), the magnitude of which is N-1 as well as 40-1 = 39 are the basis for determining the value of the t-table. The value of degrees of freedom 39 at a significant level of 5% is obtained by t-table 1.684. The results can be obtained with a count greater than the t-table namely 16,701 > 1,684 and Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05 based on the results of the analysis of the t-test (paired sample t-test). So, it can be concluded that learning by doing can improve the ability to think creatively, logically, systematically and critically.

This study aimed to investigate the use of technology in enhancing the quality of Islamic higher education in Indonesia. A mixed-method approach, with a sequential explanatory design, was applied in this research. The participants in the quantitative research were 608 students from 10 provinces in Indonesia, while those in the qualitative approach were 23 students. The quantitative data were collected using a questionnaire, and the qualitative data were collected through interviews. The quantitative data were analyzed descriptively, while the qualitative data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which included collecting, reducing and displaying the data, and drawing conclusions. The findings showed that students’ perceptions of the use of technology in improving the quality of Islamic higher education were categorized into three parts. First, the technology used in enhancing the quality of delivering materials includes LMS (38%), Zoom meetings (30%), Google Meet (18%), and Google Classroom (14%). Second, the technology used in improving the quality of monitoring or learning direction includes WhatsApp (55%), Telegram (25%), Line (9%), and Google Classroom (11%). Third, the technology used to improve the quality of learning evaluation includes Kahoot (9%), Quizizz (10%), Google form (48%), Turnitin (28%), and computer-based tests (5%). In addition, the respondents gave a positive response to the use of technology in learning in Islamic higher education. The use of technology in Islamic higher education shows an increase. It eases the lecturers, students, and other stakeholders to provide a more outstanding quality of Islamic education.

The phenomenon of learning religion through social media is rife among the millennial generation. This is an opportunity for the internalization of religious moderation in the millennial environment. This study aims to reveal the millennial generation's perception of religious moderation through social media. This study uses a qualitative research design with case study methods, while data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation integrally with data analysis techniques through the theory of Milles and Huberman. This study shows that the millennial generation's perception of the implementation of religious moderation can be internalized through social media intermediaries with video, reading articles, and intensive persuasion strategies from social media content owners. The research findings illustrate that the phenomenon of the implementation of religious moderation in the millennial generation can be improved through the distribution of religious materials that are relevant to modern issues without reducing the essence of religious education. This study recommends further research to examine the effectiveness of understanding religious moderation in the younger generation in dealing with pluralism in Indonesia.

Arabic communication skills for non-Arabs are faced with serious problems; therefore, the use of technology-based platforms is considered following students’ wishes in the era of digital technology. Various technological devices have been widely used by educators for multiple levels of education but have not obtained maximum results. The novelty of this research is the use of Duolingo as a platform for teaching Arabic language skills. This study describes that Duolingo is very relevant to be used as a medium for learning Arabic for beginners because the teaching material begins with the new alphabet and vocabulary equipped with pictures. However, Duolingo still needs to make an essential revolution for learning Arabic speaking skills, especially for andragogy learners who have expert Arabic skills. Based on the findings, some implications are put forward.

The distance learning system requires schools and teachers to be able to take advantage of the online platform as a medium to support the learning process. This study aims to analyze the use of E-learning as a medium for learning Arabic in Ma’had SMA Islam Sabilillah Malang. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation study. The data analysis technique uses Milles and Huberman’s theory, namely reducing, presenting and verifying data. The results of this study indicate that; 1) the use of E-learning causes a transformation of learning from a collaborative approach to an individual instructional approach in Arabic learning, 2) Arabic learning patterns using E-learning change student dependence on teachers to become dependent on learning instructions contained in E-learning. The findings of this study illustrate that learning Arabic using E-learning will be meaningful for students if the subject matter is well designed and clear.
