I have a (PhD) Doctoral degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from University of Bradford, UK. I have received both my (BEng) Bachelor (Honours) and (MSc) Master degrees in Civil and Structural Engineering from University of Bradford, United Kingdom in 2009 and 2012. I completed (PGC) Postgraduate Certificate in Engineering Quality and (GTA) Graduate Teaching Assistant in Higher Education Academy from UK. Since 2009, I have worked as a Civil and Structural Engineer in the Construction Industry in the UK and Middle Eastern countries. I have been appointed in various research and faculty positions, including a Lecturer in institutions such as Komar University of Science and Technology and Tishk International University. Additionally I held the position of Director of Quality Assurance and Accreditation at Komar University. My research interests include turbulence study on open channel flows, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), multi-phase flow study, flow with sediment transport and fluid-structure interaction area. I am currently a member of the Institution of Structural Engineers, UK (IStructE), and member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, USA (ASCE), and a graduate member of Institution of Civil Engineers, UK (ICE). I have also been invited and involved as a guest speaker in few internationally well-reputed seminars and participated few international conferences in the UK and Spain.
