Assistant professor in Computational Hepato-Oncology with a background in biology.
I am a PhD in molecular genetics since 2018 (Carthage University, Tunisia). Driven by curiosity, I moved to explore molecular evolution as a computational biologist in Stockholm University. Now I redirected her skills to the exciting field of clinical research with focus on multiomics data
analysis of Primary Sclerosing Colangitis (PSC).
I am also part of the Center for Bioinformatics and Biostatistics (CBB) where I redirect my bioinformatic skills to mentoring and helping others. If you
need help with bioinformatics or biostatistics, please visit our website (see links section).
Reading is my drug and I read about science, psychology, history, politics and much more!
(2018) PhD in molecular genetics from Carthage university, Tunisia
