Professor Gladys Jerobon Kiptiony is a distinguished figure in Education and Counselling Psychology, holding a Doctorate from Egerton University, a Master's from Lancaster University, and a Bachelor's from Moi University, along with a Certificate from the University of Nairobi. Her research focuses on socio-psychological dynamics in Kenya, notably gender issues like Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) and child development factors. Since 2002, she's been pivotal at Kabarak University, serving as Director of Excellence in Learning and Teaching and Associate Professor. Her leadership includes roles as Dean and Director of various institutes. Beyond academia, she's active in enhancing education quality and community development, notably as a Sunday School Teacher. Her advocacy for learner-centered approaches and family balance reflects her holistic impact in Kenyan society.
