Deep Learning Method for Lung Cancer Diagnosis and Nodule Classification Using Neural Networks Nageswara Rao Lavuri, J Srinivas Rao, Bhukya Shankar, Manothini P, Voruganti Santhosh Kumar, et al. Proceedings of 8th International Conference on Trends in Electronics and Informatics Icoei 2025, 2025 The research describes on developing an effective system for lung cancer identification and classification using Neural based Networks (CNNs). Lung cancer will stays as one of the leading issues of cancer-related deaths globally, and early time diagnosis will be crucial for improvising survival rates. This proposed study aims to leveraged the deep learning abilities of CNNs to automatically identify and differentiating lung related cancer from given medical related information. The proposed approach involves by training a neural structure to learn and identifying patterns that identifying malignant and benign lung nodules, improving the accuracy level of diagnosis. By automated the feature extraction process, the CNN - depending system minimizes the need for manual intervention, making it a valuable tool for radiologists. The system's ability to process large datasets and produce reliable outcomes offers a promising solution for earlier time lung cancer identification, potentially improvise patient outcomes and aiding in timely medical intervention.
Comparative Exploration of 19-level and 21-level Cascaded H- Bridge MLI with Cross H-Bridge MLI Srinivas Rao J., Tummala Suresh Kumar, Hassan Mohmmed Al-Jawahry, Manisha Saini E3s Web of Conferences, 2023 Present days renewable energy sources based grids are developing which needs inverters to convert power from DC to AC. 2-level inverters were used for this purpose to overcome the drawbacks of 2-level inverters multilevel inverters are developed. Because of the combination of numerous devices in a series structure, multilevel inverters provide outstanding solutions to high voltage, high power applications. With the use of suitable simulations and mathematical analysis, this paper compares the performance of 19 and 21-level cascaded H-Bridges with cross H-Bridge MLI. Total Harmonic Distortion levels, switching device count, and inverter output voltage and current are all compared. The primary issues brought up in this study are limitations of a number of switching devices that can support high voltage in the inverter. The benefit of this research is that it identifies the right inverter that can be utilised for real-time applications by taking the variables into account. The count of switching devices, output voltage, current, and harmonic distortion, among other factors. The Matlab/Simulink Platform is used to validate the analysis.

Comparison of Control Techniques & Modeling of 15-level cross H Bridge Multilevel Inverter Suresh Kumar Tummala, Sameera Shaik, D. Srinivasa Rao, Srinivas Rao J, Ibrahim H. Al-Kharsan, et al. E3s Web of Conferences, 2023 This paper presents the simulation of a 15-level cross-H bridge multilevel inverter using control techniques like sinusoidal pulse width modulation and third harmonic injection pulse width modulation. This paper aims to enhance output voltage level using fewer switches and to decrease total harmonic distortion by improving overall efficiency. Compared to other inverter topologies cross H bridge topology uses a lesser number of switches and dc voltages. Analysis and simulation of 15-level cross H bridge MLI are performed and presented.
Single stage switching operation of 9-level cascaded H-bridge multilevel inverter J. Srinivas Rao, Suresh Kumar Tummala, G. Chandra Babu 2022 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Sustainable Energy and Future Electric Transportation Sefet 2022, 2022 To increase the power capability and quality multilevel inverters are extensively used. The maintenance and switch stress of two stage switched capacitor module is high. So, this drawback can overcome by using single stage switching operation. In 9-level cascaded h-bridge multilevel inverter by using single stage switching operation, the number of switches is less and using only one source. Proposed topology gives high efficiency, faster response and high-power density compared to two stage switched capacitor module. The simulation is performed in MATLAB/SIMULINK environment.
7-Level Semi Cross Switched Multilevel Inverter Fed Induction Motor Drive Srinivas Rao Janiga, Suresh Kumar Tummala E3s Web of Conferences, 2020 Multilevel inverters have more prominent features than 2-level inverter due to various advantages like voltage quality, low EMI etc. The semi cross switched multilevel converter topology need less number of semiconductor switches compared to cascaded H-bridge multilevel inverter, and can be implemented to any number of voltage levels. The operating modes of 7-level semi cross switched multi level inverter are discussed. Three phase seven level inverter fed induction motor is implemented in MATLAB/SIMULINK.
Comparative investigation of 15 level and 17 level cascaded h-bridge mli with cross h-bridge mli fed permanent magnet synchronous motor J. Srinivas Rao, Suresh Kumar Tummala, Narasimha Raju Kuthuri Indonesian Journal of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, 2020 Multilevel inverters offers eminent solutions to high voltage high power applications due to the association of several devices in a series configuration. In this paper, a comparative investigation of both 15 and 17 level cascaded h-bridge multi level inverter with cross h-bridge fed permanent magnet synchronous motor are presented by appropriate simulations and mathematical analysis. Comparative analysis includes Inverter output voltage and current, number of switching devices, stator current and speed of PMSM and total harmonic distortion levels. Limitation of several switching devices, which can afford high voltage in the inverter is the major problems raised in this study. The advantage of this analysis is to figure out the appropriate inverter that can be used for real time application by considering the factors via. Harmonic distortion, output voltage, current, number of switching devices etc. Validation of the analysis is processed through matlab/simulink platform.
Fifteen level cross H bridge multilevel inverter fed PMSM B. Yogeswara Reddy*, J. Srinivas Rao, Dr. T. Suresh Kumar, Nagarjuna, and International Journal of Innovative Technology and Exploring Engineering, 2019 Modeling and simulation of fifteen level cross H bridge multilevel(ML) inverter fed three-phase PMSM presented in this paper. In order to overcome the setbacks of an inverter via switching losses and harmonic disturbance, Cross H bridge MLI topology is developed. The number of switches and DC voltages considered in this model are much inferior to other inverter topologies. The topology presented in the paper has better output and lower harmonic distortion (THD). Also, Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) have significant advantages over other drives. Analysis and Simulations of 5, 9 and 15 level cross H bridge MLI were performed and presented.
