I am an academic and researcher specialising in Leadership and Management of Education. My work focuses on instructional Leadership and Community and stakeholder engagement in education, with a strong focus on gender issues in education. My research is driven by a commitment to addressing equity in education access, retention and transition. I employ a mixed-methods approach, quantitative analysis, to generate evidence-based solutions that are both theoretically sound and practically applicable.
