Nurali Arabov, Dilmurod Nasimov, Xamid Abduramanov, Gulnarakhan Utemuratova, Ibragimov Lutfullo
    E3s Web of Conferences, 2024
The impacts of climate change have become increasingly evident globally. Leading climatologists attribute this phenomenon primarily to human activity, as rising greenhouse gas concentrations warm the Earth's atmosphere. Accelerating economy-wide reforms is vital to foster an environment conducive to business and investment, crucial for transitioning to a green economy. Establishing financial regulations and market-based incentives attracts investment in sustainable ventures. Additionally, sectorspecific strategies, including water resource management, climate-smart agriculture, urban development, and human capital enhancement, play pivotal roles. This article delves into the urgent issue of global climate change, elucidating its environmental implications, socio-economic repercussions, and the significant threat it poses to various economic sectors. Global warming acts as a catalyst for multifaceted changes and risks, necessitating careful consideration to avert widespread disaster. Proactive measures, informed by comprehensive understanding and collaboration, are imperative for mitigating the adverse impacts of climate change and fostering a sustainable future for generations to come.
  • Dynamics of transformation and economic resilience in agricultural lands: an anthropogenic perspective
Jurabek Namozov, Nurali Arabov, Xamid Aduramanov, Dilmurod Nasimov, Mokhinur Makhmudova, et al.
    E3s Web of Conferences, 2024
The article provides information about the changes in agricultural lands in the Samarkand region as a result of anthropogenic influences and their consequences. In particular, the composition of agricultural land and its territorial characteristics and the negative changes occurring in them were scientifically analyzed. Types of agriculture give the amount of land resources, and they are grouped according to the level of impact. The salinity level of land resources, the impact on the regional economy, and soil erosion were calculated in absolute and relative indicators. The region’s pasture livestock situation, that is, the number of cattle, sheep and goats per hectare of land, and its impact level, are presented at the level of regional districts. The level of anthropogenic pressure on agriculture, especially pasture lands and livestock capacity, was calculated on the example of livestock industries and grouped by regional districts. In the concluding part of the article, the issues of rational use of pasture land are scientifically analyzed, and suggestions and recommendations are given for optimizing livestock capacity.
  • SHAPING THE FUTURE OF UZBEKISTAN'S TOURISM: AN IN-DEPTH ANALYSIS OF INFRASTRUCTURE INFLUENCE AND STRATEGIC PLANNING
Nurali Arabov, Dilmurod Nasimov, Bekzot Janzakov, Komiljon Khomitov, Gulnarakhan Utemuratova, et al.
Journal of Eastern European and Central Asian Research, 2024
This article presents a comprehensive assessment of the impact of infrastructure on tourism, exploring its crucial role in shaping the tourism industry. Through expert methods and survey analysis, the study highlights the quality of infrastructure by assessing the development level of transportation, accommodation, tourist attractions, amenities, and tourism services in Uzbekistan’s 14 regions. As a result, the classification of regions with regard to infrastructure development is proposed. In addition, an equilibrium equation in the tourism market concerning infrastructure facilities is suggested, which can be used to assess the balanced development of general infrastructure. The findings underscore the need for policymakers and stakeholders to recognize the direct correlation between infrastructure and tourism success, providing insights to guide future infrastructure planning and development initiatives in the ever-evolving global tourism landscape.
