Technology Audit and Production Reserves, 2026
The object of research is the exploitative sustainability of the urban underground utility system. The subject of research is performance indices and methodological approaches to assess the sustainability and performance of urban underground utility systems. The research study proposes a comprehensive system of indices to monitor and assess the sustainability of urban underground utilities and address critical issues such as aging infrastructure, aggressive operating environments, and financial constraints. The research study identifies seven categories of performance indices such as availability, funding sources, effectiveness of rehabilitation work, accident mitigation, environmental safety, efficient use of funds and efficiency of monitoring implementation. Each index is intended to measure a specific aspect of utility performance and provide a clearly defined basis to assess operational reliability and sustainability. Each of these indexes serves to evaluate a certain aspect of engineering networks functioning. This creates a firmly formalized foundation to the following analysis of the exploitation reliability and network durability. The methodology used regulations the calculation of these indexes, establishes the range of values and their possible variations; also, defines correlations between indexes and characteristics of sustainability of engineering communications. Indexes presented in this research provide an opportunity to predictive planning, increase efficiency of reconstruction and modernization strategies and ensure optimal resource allocation, which increases the operational safety. Practical value of the results obtained in this research consists in the possibility of the heads of municipal utilities to take grounded management decisions. The research shows the level of impact of synergistic combination modern technology and financial planning on forming long-term stability of engineering structures. The proposed research allows improving the quality of urban infrastructure management. The application of the developed tools contributes to the stability of service provision and reduces the level of risks associated with the aging of engineering networks.

    Eureka Physics and Engineering, 2024
The aim of this research is to develop a method for creating an online service site in the field of health care. The object of research is the process of developing a medical website. The developed site of online services of the medical institution is a partial implementation of the medical information system. The creation of the methodology for the development of the site of online services in the field of health care was carried out on the basis of the development of API methods (Application Programming Interface methods) and functionality on the site server, which provides the opportunity to interact with eHealth and will allow integration with other medical systems. A feature of the created medical information system is interaction with the centralized eHealth system. API documentation, which is publicly available, is used to interact with the eHealth system. The choice of tools for the development of a medical information system is substantiated. For this, alternative variants of means of developing the client side of the site are determined and the importance of each means was calculated. Super Decisions software is used to determine the importance of criteria and compare alternative options. With the help of the Super Decisions program, the React framework is chosen for the development of the client side of the site. The structure of the website of online services in the medical field is developed, the client and server sides of the product are practically implemented. Development of the server part of the site was carried out based on integration with third-party systems and creation of API methods for exchanging information on the client side. Criteria are defined and programming languages for backend development are analyzed. PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) language is chosen based on the analysis of reasonable criteria. Symfony is chosen as the PHP framework. A graphic representation of the structure and navigation of the site is developed. The procedure for setting up the environment and raising the project according to the selected technologies is proposed. Integration of the developed site with eHealth is proposed. Experimental testing of the developed site for online services in the field of health care is performed

Technology Audit and Production Reserves, 2023
Today, modern software and hardware of information technologies are used to automate production processes, starting from modeling of technical developments and automated computer systems. This study is aimed at describing the process of implementing software support for economic analysis of the enterprise, which will calculate the main economic indicators and informatively display the calculated data. The object of the study is an automated system for calculating and maintaining the main economic indicators of the enterprise. The subject of research is methods of database design and development, data visualization and web applications. A review of literature sources allowed to conclude that most often to assess the economic performance of the enterprise, standard technologies are used, which the authors adapt to specific economic problems. In addition, the analysis of modern research has not identified a single software product that would collect, accumulate, analyze information and calculate the main indicators of economic activity of the enterprise, as well as monitor changes in such indicators in the dynamics. Automation of calculation of economic indicators, statistical analysis and visualization of data gives the chance to carry out effective management of the enterprise in modern economic conditions. The developed system allows to analyze the use of fixed assets; working capital analysis; analysis of the use of labor resources; profitability analysis; analysis of financial stability of enterprises. The paper shows the process of developing a functional model of a web application for the automated calculation of key economic indicators, and presents the advantages and disadvantages of working with the PostgreSQL database management system. The structure of the developed database, which consists of four tables, is given. An example of the work of the developed web application is presented.

The paper presents the results of development and research of an innovative thin-layer thermal insulation material that protects the building from heat loss due to thermal radiation. The material is a dry mortar of cement binder and filler of hollow aluminosilicate microspheres. A thin-layer coating made from this optimally combines the functions of effective heat protection and external finishing warm plastering that is advantageous when reconstructing and restoring historical objects with a lavish decoration. The conducted studies have shown that aluminosilicate microspheres in the composite thermal insulation coating are also involved in the reflection of infrared radiation. The use of Class 2 admixtures made it possible to synthesize additional crystalline hydrates with the aluminate phase of clinker brick, which contributed to the strengthening of the cement composite at the micro- and submicrolevels. This was confirmed by electron microscopy. For the developed composition of the mineral thin-layer thermal insulation coating, the cost of the mixture is almost 3 times lower than for the known composition of the thermal insulation coating on the polymer binder. In addition, unlike polymer analogs, there are no restrictions in terms of temperature and service life. The thermal insulation coating may be applied both exteriorly and interiorly with no condensation being formed between the wall and the coating. Applying the developed thin-layer thermal insulation coating on a brick wall measuring 10 m by 10 m in the climatic conditions of Kharkiv allows reducing heat consumption by 0.188% per 1 m2 per year.
