He had his B.Sc. (Ed) Social Studies, 2010; M.Ed. Social Studies 2014 and Ph.D. Social Studies Education 2019 at University of Ilorin. He is a certified teacher with teachers’ registration number (KW/S/07131).

EDUCATION

Dr. Issa Nasiru OLOKOOBA is a Lecturer I in the Department of Social Sciences Education, Faculty of Education, University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He specialised in Social Studies Education. He is presently a Level Adviser for 100 level, B. Ed. Social Studies and Civic Education, Coordinator, Undergraduate Sandwich Programme and Secretary. He is a member of Social Studies Association of Nigeria (SOSAN) from 2011 till date and Association of Educational Researchers and Evaluators of Nigeria (ASSEREN) from 2019 to till date. He has attended and presented academic papers in conferences and published in scholarly and reputable local, national and international journals. His research interest includes political culture, innovative teaching methods and social skills.
