Paulo Cesar Duarte Ferreira Júnior is a Brazilian Metallurgical Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the nuclear energy sector. He holds a Master's degree in Management Systems from Universidade Federal Fluminense — Federal Fluminense University (UFF) and is currently a PhD candidate researching the qualification of nuclear supply chain providers in Brazil.
Throughout his career at Eletronuclear S.A., Paulo has served as Quality Assurance Engineer, Head of the Quality Assurance Department, Head of Infrastructure Engineering, and member of the Board of Directors. Since 2024, he coordinates the Administrative Management Board Cabinet. He has conducted supplier audits across the USA, Germany, Austria, and France.
An active contributor to international standards, Paulo served as Rapporteur for ABNT/CEE-135 and participated in an IAEA consultancy on nuclear management systems. He has authored several peer-reviewed publications and lectured at international events in Canada, Argentin
