Dr. PRABHAKAR SINGH
Dr. Prabhakar Singh is working as Assistant Professor at Department of Biochemistry, School of Bio and Chemical Engineering, Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, (Deemed to be University) Chennai – 600119, India. He obtained his PhD from the Central University of Allahabad, Prayagraj on “Studies on antioxidant and membrane modulaton effects of curcumin on cellular sysyem”. He has been awarded with the Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) by Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), New Delhi for his significant research work. He has also qualified national eligibility test for CSIR-UGC-NET (Life Science) and GATE-XL (Life Science). During working in the area of medicinal biology and aging, he has published number of good articles in journals of International repute. He has also participated in many national and international conferences/ symposia and defended his research before august audience.

Thesis titled “Studies on antioxidant and membrane modulation effects of curcumin on cellular system” under the supervision Prof. Syed Ibrahim Rizvi.
