Born in 1949 in Kuibyshev. In 1972 he graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry of the Kuibyshev Medical Institute. DI. Ulyanov. From January 1989 to the present - Associate Professor of the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery and Dentistry. In 1987, he proposed and introduced into clinical practice a new method of anesthesia - prolonged conduction blockade of the 2nd and 3rd branches of the trigeminal nerve using a catheter, which has been successfully used for more than 30 years in Russia and abroad. Author of 438 publications, including 18 educational and methodological publications, 14 monographs, one manual, 2 patents for an invention on the history, anesthesia and emergency care in maxillofacial surgery and dentistry. Editor of 5 collections of scientific papers.
