    In Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN), where resources are scarce, lightweight cryptography is crucial and difficult. The Constrained Application Protocol (CoAP), Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) technology, and a modified RC5 algorithm are used in this study to achieve efficient encryption for WSN nodes. WSN are essential for monitoring temperature, humidity, vibrations, and seismic activity. However, processing capacity, memory, and energy constraints make data security difficult in these networks. CoAP, FPGA, and a modified RC5 algorithm provide security, computational load reduction, and energy efficiency in resource-limited WSN. This research is crucial because it creates cryptographic mechanisms that accommodate WSN unique needs. By protecting data integrity and confidentiality, these mechanisms ensure data transmission security and privacy. Data security and efficiency in WSN require innovative cryptographic, FPGA-based hardware acceleration, and protocol optimization solutions. These methods could improve these vital sensing networks. This research lays the foundation for protecting the accuracy and security of WSN node data collected and transmitted with limited resources while optimizing resource allocation.
  • Advanced Camouflage Robot for Military Spying Applications using Sensor Fusion and Machine Learning

    The current defense application scenario. the ability to blend into the environment is crucial for reducing detection and enhancing operational efficiency. This paper presents the development of an advanced camouflage robot to dynamically adapt its color to match its surroundings. The proposed system utilizes a combination of machine learning, computer vision, and sensor fusion to achieve camouflaging using the RGB LED panels mounted on the robot to adapt to the color of the surroundings. The robot is equipped with a video camera system that captures real-time video feed of the environment. The captured video is then processed by a trained machine learning model, which analyzes the color distribution in the surroundings. Simultaneously, the robot uses RGB color sensors to accurately detect the colors present in its immediate vicinity. The data from both the camera and the sensors are integrated to determine the predominant color around the robot. The hybrid camouflaging approach involves feeding the combined data into the machine learning model, which then calculates the color of maximum distribution. The robot then activates its RGB panels, adjusting their color to blend with the identified predominant color in the environment thereby making it difficult to locate. This process allows the robot to effectively camouflage itself, minimizing its visual footprint. KNN and sensor fusion techniques are used to achieve this task.
  • Exploring the Horizons of Speaker Recognition: Contemporary Advancements and Prospective Trajectories in the Age of Deep Learning

    One of the most popular areas of research in voice technology is speaker recognition. There has been a noticeable shift in recent years toward entrenching based end-to-end speaker recognition techniques. In real-world situations, these techniques allow speaker recognition without requiring retraining when faced with unfamiliar voices. Previous models trained on tiny, repetitive, hand-crafted datasets performed well in pattern corresponding but poorly in robustness due to architectural limitations and data scarcity. It has been demonstrated that training attention-based deep neural networks—which use large datasets with a variety of incorrectly classified examples—can greatly increase their robustness when used in a variety of classification tasks later on. Using insights from large-scale datasets such as VoxCeleb1 and VoxCeleb2, in addition to custom-crafted proprietary data designed to accommodate several modalities, we began exploring the potential of these flexible approaches to develop speaker identification models. More specifically, we looked at two well-known models to see how the architectural improvements might affect the model's capacity for effective generalization: Titanet [2] and ECAPA-TDNN [1] (highlighted Channels Pay attention, Transmission, and Aggregate). We also suggest utilizing Elastic search to create a scalable and quicker inference process.
  • The Use of Blockchain Technology to Verify KYC Documents

    Sensitive personal data is frequently uploaded on internet, which is currently misused or disclosed leading to compromise of financial assets and thus endangering the entire ecosystem for online transactions. As a result, academic resources as well as internet firms are interested in learning how to manage an online identity. We propose a solution that provides user with authority over their own identities, using Blockchain Based (BCB) identity management system. Proposed system allows users to store data on a blockchain in place of vulnerable servers. The blockchain enables users to securely register their personal information and documents, guaranteeing the immutability and integrity of their identification of data. Organizations on the other hand, play crucial role in using proposed BCB system to verify identity of persons for their requirements like recruitments, loan sanctioning, asset management, admission to schools and colleges. The proposed solution provides a blockchain network for user to store the KYC details for identification purpose. It also provides platform for users and organizations to join blockchain network and retrieve the KYC documents of the required persons. The verifier in blockchain network verifies the identity of person. Block chain is made lightweight using blockchain server. Reward system is introduced to motivate users/organizations in blockchain network to participate in verification of KYC document of any user.

    Any wireless network is built on the mutually reinforcing pillars of privacy and security. Security measures often cover data connections, physical security, outside threats, and internal node operations. Whereas privacy covers the selective exchange of data among a network’s various entities. To provide privacy to networks, a large number of algorithms have been proposed by researchers in the past. Most of these algorithms utilize Graph-based anonymization approaches like l-diversity, k-anonymity, etc. These models do not scale well. Thus, this text proposes a machine learning-based block chain-powered privacy preservation protocol. The proposed protocol will perform attribute-based privacy with high efficiency due to the use of block chain architecture and will improve the overall Quality of Service of the network due to the integration of machine learning in the system.

    The convolution networks make a great success in image classification since AlexNet proposed for classification in ImageNet challenge. This End-to-End training method makes the researcher focus more on how to build an efficient network. The user focuses more on how to use convolution networks in their application. After AlexNet, there are much ConvNet architecture proposed, such as VGGNet and ResNet. These ConvNet architectures are widely used in many actual real applications. Different types of techniques for image classification and many other medical applications focused on Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN) are addressed in this paper. So this paper will help us in selecting an appropriate classification technique among all the available methods.
