He is a tenured teacher in the state network of Mato Grosso, assigned to the Regional Directorate of Education, in Barra do Garças. He worked between 2022 and 2024 at the Regional Directorate of Education (DRE), Barra do Garças - MT hub, acting as a pedagogical advisor. In 2021, through a selective process, he joined the staff of the Center for Training and Updating of Education Professionals - CEFAPRO, as a Portuguese Language trainer. He has experience in the area of Letters, in Basic Education and Higher Education with an emphasis on teaching reading practice and textual production.
