Doctor of Philosophy in Sustainable Development, with experience in coordinating research projects with socio-environmental impact. I work on the research line of education for sustainability, prioritizing its theoretical and practical enrichment in formal and non-formal settings, especially in communities with high rates of poverty, marginalization, and educational lag. I am part of the Ecotechnological Innovation Group of IIES-UNAM, Morelia campus, where I am currently doing a postdoctoral research stay.
I have work experience in the private sector and in government, which has allowed me to understand the importance of linking with academia in order to propose solutions to concrete problems. I actively participate in scientific dissemination, especially with children and students of upper secondary and higher education. I am interested in working on topics related to educational research, as well as alternatives to development.
