El Dr. Roger Notario Priego es un académico e investigador con una sólida trayectoria en el ámbito de la gestión empresarial, el desarrollo sostenible y la innovación productiva en comunidades rurales. Adscrito al Instituto Tecnológico de Villahermosa, ha desempeñado funciones clave como catedrático, director de tesis de licenciatura e ingeniería, y como evaluador en comités académicos de titulación.
