An auto-encoder bio medical signal transmission through custom convolutional neural network Usha Muniraju, Thangamuthu Senthil Kumaran Iaes International Journal of Artificial Intelligence, 2024 The transmission of biomedical signals in real-time is extremely difficult and necessitates the use of cloud and internet of things (IoT) infrastructure. Security is also an important consideration, however, to achieve this, a reconstruction method is developed where the entire signal is fed as an input, just the primary portion, the entire signal is taken then encoded, and then deliver to the destination. It is unlocked using a reconstruction technique without any signal attenuation. The key difficulty is how to manage the sensor network once the input is prepared for transmission. This has problems with extremely high network energy consumption and accurate data collection. The accuracy of data reconstruction through is improved by compressive sensing. The lifespan of the network as a whole could be extended, in this study; the proposed proposed system convolutional neural network (PS-CNN) is an integrated model that combines feature selection and auto-encoder. In order to produce the most useful features for particular tasks, our algorithm can eventually separate the appropriate task units from the irrelevant tasks.
Photoplethysmogram signal reconstruction through integrated compression sensing and basis function aware shallow learning Usha Muniraju, Thangamuthu Senthil Kumaran Iaes International Journal of Artificial Intelligence, 2024 The transmission of photoplethysmogram (PPG) signals in real-time is extremely challenging and facilitates the use of an internet of things (IoT) environment for healthcare- monitoring. This paper proposes an approach for PPG signal reconstruction through integrated compression sensing and basis function aware shallow learning (CSBSL). Integrated-CSBSL approach for combined compression of PPG signals via multiple channels thereby improving the reconstruction accuracy for the PPG signals essential in healthcare monitoring. An optimal basis function aware shallow learning procedure is employed on PPG signals with prior initialization; this is further fine-tuned by utilizing the knowledge of various other channels, which exploit the further sparsity of the PPG signals. The proposed method for learning combined with PPG signals retains the knowledge of spatial and temporal correlation. The proposed Integrated-CSBSL approach consists of two steps, in the first step the shallow learning based on basis function is carried out through training the PPG signals. The proposed method is evaluated using multichannel PPG signal reconstruction, which potentially benefits clinical applications through PPG monitoring and diagnosis.
Efficient Certificate Storage and Compression: Optimizing Memory Utilization for Identity Management Using blockchain Manasa C. K, Usha M, Vidya E V, Gangambika G, Swathi R, et al. Proceedings IEEE 2024 1st International Conference on Advances in Computing Communication and Networking Icac2n 2024, 2024 In the digital age, managing and securing identities efficiently is crucial. Traditional methods of certificate storage often encounter problems concerned to security, scalability, and memory utilization. This paper proposes an innovative approach to optimizing memory utilization for identity management by employing blockchain technology combined with linkable ring signatures. Blockchain delivers a decentralized, immutable, and tamper-proof storage solution, ensuring the integrity and security of digital certificates. Linkable ring signatures provide enhanced privacy and traceability, allowing for anonymous yet verifiable transactions. Our objective is to create a robust identity management system with superior security and efficacy while utilizing significantly less RAM by combining these technologies. This method improves identity management system speed across a range of applications in addition minimizing the storage space. This methodology not only maximizes storage but also amplifies the overall performance of identity management systems in various applications.

An intelligent collaborative security model is used to reduce security risk with various innovations like big data, wearables, and ambient intelligence can be used in a health care context by addressing different IoT and e-Health policies and regulations around the world to determine how they can help economies and societies in terms of sustainable development by providing some opportunities for further research on IoT based health-care depending on a set of guiding principles. The use of low cost Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) platform have grabbed some attention from the community of researchers in the past few years. In this study, we classify all recently published works based on how users can access FPGA design and embedded controller based on Raspberry Pi, Advanced RISC Machines (ARM), and Arduino platforms resources from anywhere from safe healthcare application utilized in IoT. A concept shortens the applications of momentarily unused resource for executing various tasks automatically. Their findings are highlighted, as well as their significant contributions.
Scheduling the Task of User in Cloud computing using Hybrid Procedure of PSO and Lion Algorithm Parameshachari B. D., Usha M, Shwetha N, Mohan B R 2023 IEEE International Conference on Integrated Circuits and Communication Systems Icicacs 2023, 2023 Commonly used for tasks that may be performed on a network of remote servers or “processing units,” cloud computing is a popular platform for executing operations on virtual computers. In both the consumer and the provider realms, task scheduling is an important tool. Finding the best resource to complete a given work is a major challenge for any task scheduler. Thus, the researchers saw job scheduling as one of cloud computing's most basic challenges. Several methods have been proposed by academics to handle the optimization issue that is the optimum determination of scheduling criteria in cloud computing. This work presents a novel hybrid approach that combines the concepts of the Lion Algorithm with the Particle Swarm Optimization-(PSO) algorithm to address the aforementioned optimization problem. The research used both traditional parallel workloads and artificial workloads to perform its tests using the CloudSim toolset. The findings are compared to those produced by other similarly-structured, metaheuristic-based methods tested under the identical circumstances. The promising findings of our simulations suggest that our suggested method has real promise in this area. To reduce the time it takes to submit a particular process in a virtual environment, this study proposes improved versions of the PSO and LA algorithm, subject to user-required budgetary limitations. The results also indicate that, when applied to workflow issues operating on different virtual machines, improved versions of the PSO and LA algorithm outperform the original technique in terms of shorter schedule duration.
