    Frontiers in Biomedical Technologies, 2025
Purpose: The brain is the main organ of the human body. Stroke, also known as cerebral thrombosis, is a medical condition in which a rupture occurs in the blood vessels in the brain, resulting in brain damage. Symptoms may appear when the brain's blood flow and other nutrients are disrupted. A stroke is a medical emergency that can lead to long-term neurological impairment, resulting in complications and, in some cases, fatalities.Materials and Methods: According to the World Health Organization, stroke is the primary determinant of mortality and disability globally. The early identification of various cardiovascular warning signs can reduce the impact of a stroke. The brain stroke dataset is used in existing methods. Delimitation of classifying stroke is difficult because the complication of lesion shapes and acquiring a ground truth is problematic, as it requires high clinical expertise and anatomical knowledge. In this manuscript, a Detection and Classification of Automated Brain Stroke Lesion with optimized Dual Stage Deep Stacked Auto-Encoder is proposed to detect brain stroke at an early stage with great accuracy. Results: The input image is taken from slice-level Non-Contrast CT pictures dataset. The collected images are pre-processed and enhanced by removing skull regions, and then the rotations are performed by midline symmetry process. The preprocessed ROI region is fed to feature extraction, and the features are extracted using the wavelet domain. Next, the extracted features are given to classification and classified using Dual stage deep stacked auto encoder (DS-DSAE) optimized with Evolved Gradient Descent Optimization (EGDO) to effectively classify acute infarct, chronic infarct and ischemic stroke, haemorrhagic stroke, and normal. Conclusion: The goal is to reduce computing complexity and enhance accuracy. The performance of the proposed wavelet-DS-DSAE-EGDO method achieves High accuracy 30.56%, 12.32%, 15.6%, 16.6%, 25.6%, 32.2%; High Precision 28.74%, 32.2%, 14.5%, 16.55%, 17.8%, 23.4% is comparing with the existing methods
  • Optimized Neural Network Architecture for Accurate and Efficient Bone Cancer Detection from X-ray Images
Raghu N, R. Surender, Prabhat Kumar Sahu
15th International Conference on Mathematics Actuarial Science Computer Science and Statistics Macs 2025, 2025
In medical diagnostics, detecting bone cancer using X-ray pictures is a challenging task, as early and precise detection can have a big impact on treatment results. Traditional diagnostic approaches, such as manual image scrutiny and basic image handling techniques, are not only time-consuming but also accountable to human error. Recent research has explored the use of Machine Learning (ML) to automate bone tumor finding; however, many models face challenges related to limited datasets, ineffective feature extraction, and insufficient generalization to real-world conditions. This research introduces the Improved Foraging Cockroach Swarm Graph NeuroNet (IFCS-GNN) to enhance both the efficiency and accuracy of bone cancer detection. The Foraging Cockroach Swarm Algorithm (IFCSA) is employed to optimize Graph NeuroNet (GNN) hyperparameters, thereby improving the convergence speed and overall classification performance. The GNN component is incorporated to model spatial relationships within the medical images, enhancing the network's capability to detect difficult patterns in bone structures. The precision, accuracy, F1-score, and recall of the suggested IFCS-GNN method are all high at <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$96.40 \%, 97.08 \%, 98.00 \%$</tex>, and 97.14%, respectively. Analytical outcomes show that the improved form outperforms existing methods, offering a highly accurate and computationally efficient solution for bone cancer detection.
  • Modeling of SIW Inspired Fractal Resonator Based Filter for S-Band Applications
    R. Surender, S. Oudaya coumar, M. Raja
Microwave and Optical Technology Letters, 2025
A fractal complementary split ring resonator‐based S‐band filter using SIW is presented. The S‐band filter with a unique fractal complementary split ring resonator structure is used to obtain optimized performance. The fractal structure is defected on the conducting plane of the substrate. The SIW‐based hybrid fractal is analyzed for two combinations, i.e. with and without a gap. S21 of −1.8 dB and S11 of −24.75 dB and (2–4.4) GHz for with space; S21 of −1.5 dB and S11 of −31.2 dB and (2.1–3.6) GHz for without space. The S‐band filter is designed and its parameters are measured using prototype. The simulation and measurement results are observed.
  • Blockchain-Powered Land Registry and NFT Marketplace with Auction Mechanism
Jayakumar T, Jeffrin J P, R. Surender, Naresh Kumar Thapa, S. Oudayacoumar, R. Krishna Prasanna
Proceedings of 7th International Conference on Inventive Material Science and Applications Icima 2025, 2025
The project addresses a significant challenge in the real estate sector by developing a secure and transparent decentralized marketplace for property transactions. Inspired by platforms such as OpenSea, the primary aim of this project is to combat fraud and enhance transparency in land registration processes. To achieve this, the project leverages cutting-edge technologies including Ethereum blockchain, Solidity smart contracts, and decentralized storage solutions like InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) and Pinata. The core innovation of this project lies in its use of Ethereum's blockchain technology to facilitate property transactions. Ethereum's smart contracts are employed to automate and enforce transaction rules, ensuring that all property transfers are conducted with utmost security and transparency. These smart contracts handle various aspects of the transaction process, from listing properties to processing bids and executing ownership transfers, all while maintaining an immutable record of each transaction on the blockchain. The platform is built with a user-friendly web interface using HyperText Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and JavaScript, designed to offer a responsive and interactive experience for users. This web application integrates seamlessly with the blockchain to provide Real-Time updates and ensure smooth interactions between buyers, sellers, and the system. The decentralized nature of the platform is further reinforced by utilizing InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) for storing property records and transaction data. IPFS ensures that this data is not only secure but also resistant to tampering and data loss, providing a reliable means of maintaining property records. A significant advantage of this system is its ability to mitigate common issues associated with traditional real estate transactions, such as fraudulent activities and inaccurate ownership records. By providing an immutable and transparent record of transactions, the platform instills greater trust in the property market. The use of decentralized storage and smart contracts also reduces reliance on intermediaries, streamlining the transaction process and lowering associated costs. The project's implementation involves rigorous development and testing phases to ensure that the system meets performance and security standards. The platform's prototype has been successfully demonstrated to achieve high responsiveness and accuracy in managing property transactions.

2024 International Conference on Signal Processing Computation Electronics Power and Telecommunication Iconscept 2024 Proceedings, 2024
This paper presents an innovative solution for continuously monitoring the health of mountain climbers in real-time. The proposed system collects vital health parameters such as pulse rate, body temperature, live location, and the orientation of the climber's body. In cases where the climber's body temperature drops below a certain threshold, a Peltier device is employed to initiate heating and restore the body temperature to a safe level. The gathered data is transmitted wirelessly using long range (LoRa) technology for efficient long-distance communication. A receiver module captures the transmitted data and displays it on a liquid crystal display (LCD) for immediate observation. Additionally, the receiver module is connected to the Blynk cloud platform via the internet, enabling remote access to the collected data from anywhere in the world. This advanced monitoring system ensures the safety and well-being of mountain climbers by providing real-time health status updates and intervention capabilities, thereby enhancing the overall safety measures in mountainous regions.
