Dr. P. Raja is working as Professor and Head in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Sri Manakula Vinayagar Engineering College. He received Bachelor of Engineering from Madras University, Master of Technology from IIT Madras and Doctor of Philosophy from Pondicherry University. He has two decades of teaching experience. His research are VLSI and Wireless Communication.
